This is a great product for the money. Easy to install. A screw driver, socket set, tape measure, pencil, and drill are all you need. It comes with a magnet to find the studs and a level. Super easy to mount the TV on and take the TV off of the mounting bracket. I have a picture of my TV after mounting it attached.

The product does what it says it will do, and that is support a flat-panel screen of size 40"-50" inches. I have a 47" Sony Bravia and it fit very well and firmly in the mount. Installation instructions were fairly clear, and aside from applying the mantra of, "Measure twice, cut/drill once", the installation went very quickly. I am very pleased with this product and would recommend it to anyone desiring to mount a similar TV.

The wall mount stud finder/level was a great tool that was included with the product. It was easy and fast. Like I said in my other reviews....this was the first time I did anything in a wall mount for TV and shelf.

The instructions were great for both beginner and expert alike. Even though it didn't impact me, there are certain conditions where you need to purchase more accessories from their website - I would recommend checking their site first if you are using this with an older TV or have a difficult wall configuration. For mounting my brand new 40" Samsung, it literaly took me 15 minutes to put it up onto a wooden stud wall. It is very sturdy, easy to move, and looks really nice!

very easy to install. and the included magnetic stud finder is the best i've seen for such a small and simple tool. it does really work. i was able to find the studs easily and the the stud finder's magnet is very strong it clinged to the wall where the nail is inside the drywall. instructions are very nice and easy to follow. got the tv mounted quickly! very satisfied!

The mount was very easy to install. Comes with template that makes marking the locations for the mounting bolts very easy. Also comes with a magnetic stud finder which works by locating dry wall screws magnetically. This simple little device is better than any electronic stud finder I've ever used.

I used this to mount an older 42 inch tv on the wall in my basement. It tilts great so the kids can see it well when sitting on the ground. The instructions make it very simple to install, and the mounted TV seems very secure in place. I would use one of these again!

I've been hanging TVs on walls since plasmas first entered the market. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by this mount. It has several features traditionally only found on commercial grade mounts. Clever things like the pull down straps at the bottom to make installation easier. And more cosmetic touches like the sliding plates that cover the bolt holes. Overall a very well executed and priced mount. Well done, Sanus!

This is a very high quality and easy to install tv wall-mount. There are instructions and components for installation in walls with standard and irregular spacing of the wall studs (vertical beams) as well as concrete and brick. I was able to install the wall mount on my own within 20 minutes. An additional person helped with installing a television on the wall mount, just to be careful.

Thanks to the well though out packaging and instructions, the mount was a cinch to hang. The magnetic stud finder (which also doubles as a level and piercer) is better than any stud finder I've used in the past. Overall the product works very well and I've come to really like Sanus products as this is my 3rd mount I've bought from them. When we moved, we had to order additional parts from them and their was 0 hassel with looking up warranty information -- they simply sent me the needed parts at no cost to me using expedited shipping. Excellent customer service!!!

Very easy to install, looks simple and sleek, solid and secure. Well worth the price.

We recently mounted our 50 inch plasma over our fireplace and needed a mount that would hold the weight and give us a bit of a tilt down. The mount was exactly what we needed. It has enough room for the plugs behind it and enough of a tilt down. Very secure and seemed to go up easy. We did not use the screws included since we were mounting into brick.

This installs easy and works as advertised. I paid a little more but there were little extras like the template and the quick release pull cords for if you ever want to take it off the wall. It is well engineered. Well worth the money. Remember, this is not one of those telescoping ones. It just sits static on the wall. It does tilt.

These guys had everything I needed in the package and it went up without any issues, the template was what wow'ed me! I could tape it on the wall - and just drill knowing exactly where it would mount! Will be buying from them again for future TV mounting. I gave it 5 stars because it did everything as needed and so far so good!

Bought to mount a Samsung 42" TV in the bedroom. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. The design is the best I have seen and the mount is of very high quality. The only issue I had was that none of the supplied mounting screws fit my TV so I had to get creative by using some felt washers to take up the extra space.

With TV mounts it boils down to ease of installation, the ability to hold its position and does it stay on the wall. This was as easy as any to install, it holds the desired tilt and it has not fallen off of the wall (hey, that TV was expensive and I don't want to buy another for a few years at least).

This is a solid TV mount. It was designed well and works just like it is advertised. It will even hold TVs bigger than 50". Go to Sanus.com to see if this will work with your TV before purchasing. The packaging was good and the installation was simple with the included template and instructions.
