Ok so far, just the lights are to bright when is left on at night.

Wow , I mean wow the difference . Replaced xfinity router , my wifi is solid 400+/1200 on speed tests and my lan gets 1470/1200 … 1200 being my internet speed

I got the Modem on same day I ordered it. Unplugged the old rented one from comcast and input this one. Took about 10 mins and this started to work. Tested phone service and it works, along with fax features too. I bought speeds for 250mbs and finally with this modem, I'm hitting the speed I bought. With this I'm also, saving money on rental. Would recommend to anyone who has comcast and has a phone service, to connect this modem.

The Motorola MT8733 is the absolute best and easiest to install cable modem I have ever purchased! I replaced a Netgear C7100V which is a piece of junk and really difficult to install. The Moto app is easy to use and informative. The link to get xfinity to activate the modem worked! It’s super fast and reliable. It works nicely with my Orbi mesh system and my home is now fully wired with fast WiFi for the first time ever! Highly recommend this product even if it is $200 more than the Netgear alternatives!

Works fine, set up is like any other router. Takes about an hour for the full update and stabilization process. All systems work fine with the new router.

Needs more software information and better improvements by far not a great modem needs to be better so your products can sell just not a good setup at first

Excellent product! You can’t get any better than this. Great broadband connection! Bought to save money from monthly payments to Comcast!

This works great. My only real issue is the actual internet provider. We have a 2 bedroom and it covers the whole place well.

This is the second modem that I tried. Called xfinity and they had to put it on my account first then I have had no problems

I replaced my old modem and this modem data speed spiked. My old modem was outputting about 150 Mbps and when I switch to this unit it went out to close to 600 Mbps. It was time to update to a 3.1 instead of my old 3.0 to unlock the data speed. The app is a good addition to the modem as well. The app is very user friendly.

Customer Support does not exist. I have a Motorola MT8733 Modem that stopped working after 5 months. There is no phone support, every time I call the "support phone number" a recording states there is no one to take my call and try again. I have emailed at least 12 times and received less than 5 responses. Each response takes 72 hours or I get an email saying the system is down. No phone support and useless email support for modem or networking issues. I will never buy another Motorola product again.

We needed help with setting up the router but afterwards all is good

I am having no trouble at all with this router. Works really well and phone line is flawless.

Worked for 2 weeks, now it drops any device connected to the 2.4 band and the app stopped working. No customer support. Expected alot more for the price I paid.

It’s been working great so far. No wifi or internet connections issues.

Pricey and crippled speed with Xfinity. Old Xfinity modem did 950mbs. This one barely did 350. When Xfinity switched the modem back, full speed with their modem. They must be slowing down non Xfinity modems. I'm sick with theirs

Easy set up. Excellent app to control modem/router.

Great modem to use for Xfinity internet and voice services. Also, you save modem rental fees.

Its great for our internet usage we have more than 2 people in the home.
