is there a way to get refunds or a new on of this monitor because my monitor on the top left side of it had this mark in it like black ink so i didnt think much of it but fast foward a couple months later then that blob of ink destroyed my monitor may i please get a new one because my friends tell me this monitor is good but it isnt fair mines breaks off of faulty making and i just threw it out because of that
