After using the Narwal Freo Pro for a while, I'm really pleased with how well it handles pet hair without getting tangled up. It moves around furniture smoothly and doesn't get stuck like other vacuums I've tried. What's really nice is how quiet it is while still picking up everything from carpets to hard floors. We’ve had the Narwal T10 for a while and loved it, so we decided to upgrade to the Freo Pro — and it’s been totally worth it. The improvements are noticeable right away: smarter mapping, stronger cleaning power, and the whole system just feels more hands-off. It vacuums and mops really well, and the self-cleaning and drying features are a huge time-saver. Overall, it’s been a great helper around the house and a solid upgrade from the T10. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a powerful all-in-one robot cleaner.

It’s has been doing really well at mopping and picking up hair. It only got stuck once on a cable I left around. Overall it’s maps out the house really well.

Amazing carpet cleaner and mopping robot. We have two other Samsungs robot but norwal is as good but can also mop. Another positive is the app allows to create sections of rooms and store multiple rooms that can be managed by days / times. The only negative is clearing of the water tub. Cleaning has to be done every 3 days or so to avoid smelly nasty water
