I am super happy with my new scanner. I can get rid of all my receipts and I can find them all in one place.

Good idea but you still have to input numbers again

we find it very difficult to start up. without a manual we have to keep switching screens. have had it since Christmas and still can't use it. possibly will have to return it as it was expensive.

Still getting used to the Neat applications but overall I really like it. Time to get rid of clutter and scan everything!

Wish the software was a little "smarter" it has a hard time understanding dollar amounts and placement in correct field.

It made it a lot easier to do taxes instead of using a calculator and paper files.

Definitely needed if you are an organized or very unorganized person. It will help

I haven't had the time to sit and learn how to work it. It isn't intuitive.

If you have a lot of clutter papers just waiting to be filed, well wait no more this scanner will do the job quick and it will keep you organized. Excellent product

I have had several Neat Scanners and this one is the best. I can leave it plugged in anywhere and can scan documents onto my computer through wifi. No need to plug into scanner.

Installing the Neat and using it was a breeze, however the HP software installed with my printer scanner would not allow me to use the Neat automatically but only manually.

I've had a Neat scanner and loved it since the first model that came out. Last December I bought a new MacBook Pro and found myself needed to upgrade much of my hardware and software. I bought the Neat Connect and absolutely detest it. It crashes all the time. Neat is aware of this issue and says they are working on a fix. I receive emails from Neat with updates but it still crashes. I'm frustrated as I should have returned the product to Best Buy but I thought surely they would fix their issues with Sierra OS with Macs. Now I'm out $299 plus tax. Also their new formats of the scans leave a lot to be desired. The old legacy version was much better. And, it worked great. Also, if you try to use a hub to connect, it won't work. It has to be a direct connection. So I bought a cable with a USB-C end and tried it...still crashes. I would NOT suggest using this device if you own a new Mac.

1st one i and to replace it broke immediately and since then I have had no issues, makes scanning a lot easier especially doing a lot of pages.

Keeps disconnecting form network. Takes forever to reconnect. More work than it is worth. Maybe OK of you are a real tech-no-geek but for a normal experienced user it SUCKS.

Asked a friends mom how she liked it said it was the best thing she bought. I agree know what your spending, organize important documents, the cloud is nice feature as well
