Very difficult to sign on. Unable to use WiFi unless you buy a subscription for a year. No cd included.

This unit is really great. Easy to set up and easy to use.

Looked great. Specs looked good. Once I got the purchase home the problems just kept coming. The machine was top of the line and supposed to work wirelessly with my wifi. It did not recognize wifi. The instructions were almost nonexistent. The internet support drove you to the website but did nothing to provide a work though. There was no phone number to call. You could send an email which went unanswered for 4 days. Also the drivers were not compatible with the current version of windows. I returned the product.

I can't find how to change the resolution. Tried to send a form and it scanned it to the largest formation

This machine has a lot of functionality for organizing receipts. I had three years of receipts I had shoved into a grocery bag to tally, sort and organize for a tax audit. This helped me save time and was a huge relief in going through the process of getting my information ready.....

Does the work! Has some downfalls but overall great

We purchased this neat scanner from the online website since they didn't have any in store. Very good at helping you keep track of your documents and receipts. Definitely get if you need to. E better organized.

This machine is expensive. As such I expected much more from it. I was sorely disappointed. I purchased the wireless version in order to send things wirelessly from the scanner to my computer. Nope.

This product is all marketing. A nice concept but did not live up to the hype. The scanning was slow and the documents half of the time would not make it to your online account. I had to use only e-mail to ask service a question and it took 10 days for them to respond. By that time I returned the unit, purchased a Cannon and had moved on. Don't waste your time..... Go right to Cannon.

This product is great. My son is using it for school to organize all of his papers.

What a nightmare. Jammed most of time. Software did not support OneDrive well had limitations on uploads for day. Exchanged and 2nd one had same jamming and upload problems. Premium support was awful, can't imagine what non premium is. Worst support I've ever run into

I sure wasted $300.00! Had to have the cable company come out to correct the problems that were created with the Neat Customer Service people.

When i first got this scanner I thought it was a great idea. Then after setting it up I realized that to use it without it being tethered to my PC, I'd have to have a paid subscription. -1 star there. I then proceeded to spend the next 9 months scanning in all my documents i had filed away in boxes. The next 3 months after that the scanner saw light use. almost exactly one week after the warranty expired, the top scanner half died (the top scanner just shows a smeared stripe of ink). For me to use this scanner i now have to set it to 2 sided and scan the document upside down and then deleted the smeared page. While this isnt too horrible for a single one sided page, this sucks for multiple page scanning (have to delete each pages blank/smeared page), or when you need to do double sided scanning. -2 stars for product quality. Last star off is for the quality of the software. it doesnt sort info like they claim. ALOT of the info in the reciepts i had to manually add which I still havent finished (more than 2 years after buying). Would have given it 0 stars if possible for one more reason. ANYTHING you scan into the neat cloud will NOT be accessable when your trial/subscription ends. If you have not backed up to your PC when your trial/subscription ends, you are SOL (if your nice you might get them to give you another week trial to get your info back, but thats up to them.) I suggest if your still going with a neat brand scanner you get the basic desktop one unless you want to spend more for features you cant use unless you pay a fee.
