Still learning some of the ins and outs, but so far this is really cool. can organize your projects by however you want to. sometimes it takes awhile to process a reciept but other than that I am loving it.

We needed some easy way to deal with all of my tax recipes

The Neat scanner was a great thing for scanning my receipts into the Neat PC software. It was easy to use, had OCR recognition to recognize vendor, date, and price, and generated very usable PDF reports.

I love the software program that comes with the scanner.

I have used the NeatReceipt system at an old job like 15 years ago and decided to get it again for when I opened my home base business. It certainly my helped me finally organize my pile of receipts but I would wish for more detailed categorizing options.

I have been a Neat customer for almost 10 years. They deliver a great product and great customer service. All of my receipts are organized and archived with none of the paper mess. I love this product!

Purchased this product to scan a large number of letter sized documents in a short amount of time. Although I don't use the receipt tracking function, the device did everything I needed.

I own a business and always dreaded tax time. having to lug around boxes of receipts. this bad boy makes tax time easy and was able to take my account a flash drive instead of boxes.

This was purchased for my job.The IT Department researched products and purchased the NeatReceipts scanner for me to use at my desk. I process reimbursement for travel employees and need to attach copies of receipts in to the online travel and reimbursement system. Because there are usually many receipts for each traveler, the former process was to tape the receipts to a sheet of paper and take them to the office copier and run them through the scanner. This receipt scanner has saved me so much time and work, that I can prepare the reimbursement report much faster. It works extremely well, and I would definitely recommend it.

Bought this gift for my son for Christmas Gift. He read reviews and did the research on thie scanner and recommended purchasing from Best Buy. He said the unit iworks great.

Software issues with older laptops and computer applications

When the product worked it was great but I couldn't scan items for at least 3 consecutive days

Works just like it should, Now I can start ditching all the recipits in my office, as soon as I have enough time to spend 9yrs in there. so many reciepts

I love the idea of keeping receipts without paper. They are easily accessible after they are scanned. Very easy to install and very easy to retrieve.

This piece of equipment as an all-around great organizer. It also serves a second purpose as a scanner when you need to scan something on the go

I read the reviews and went ahead and bought this item, but after inputting my receipts this scanner does not pick everything like I thought it would. Overall it's an ok scanner at best.

The neat scanner makes all our scanning projects easy.

I like the small, compact size of the Neat scanner. It's simple to operate, but you have to be quick and ready to feed additional sheets into the scanner if you're doing more than one page. Otherwise, it stops scanning after one page. It balks at 3 or more pages at a time, so it's best for receipts and single page documents.

It really helped me keep my small business organized and made getting my stuff together for my taxes a whole lot easier.
