The modem worked great and was easy to set up. Wish that was what we had purchased initially. We originally left the store with what we were led to believe was a modem and router combination. Was much more expensive the the separate modem and router we eventually purchased after a return.

I ur chased this modem actually by mistake. My isp told me my previous modem was bad because they couldn't get a signal when actually they had an outage in the area. But I have noticed faster speeds with this modem than my previous and it gave me a better band with test than the previous so I've kept this and would def recommend

Good router for broadband, easy to setup. Compatible with timewarner/spectrum.

Purchased this for my daughter's college apartment. She has Comcast and while we did have to call Comcast support to get it set up, that process was quick and is working fine. Purchasing this will eventually pay for itself by avoiding the rental fee.

This modem works perfectly with my Xfinity service, I have a 1gig plan and I’m seen the speeds accordingly without interruptions

I bought this modem so I could escape the ever rising rental fee my cable company charged me each month for their modem. This turned out to be an excellent purchase since this modem was faster and has flawless streaming compared to my rented one. And, it will pay for itself in less than a year. I'm highly satisfied with this item.

It's been flawless so far. Doubled my speed over my old 8 x 4 modem. Haven't had to reboot since I installed it.

My cable company supplied modem quit working one day. Instead of waiting for them to show up I purchased this modem. Was up and running in under an hour and a half (drive time to and from the store) AND I saved the crazy rental fee that I was charged by the cable company!

Works as advertised. My prior device was no longer supported by the cable company. After going through the simple installation, this cable modem immediately doubled my internet bandwidth, up to the full capability given by my service provider. It has continued to work flawlessly for several weeks.

I kept getting drops in connection with rented equipment . Decided to buy my own after reading reviews and glad I did! Only issue I had was setting it up . Apparently netgear sometimes recycles mac ids ? Idk but Xfinity was able to solve the issue .

We had an older Motorola Surfboard that would go out at least 4 times a week. We replaced it with the netgear and immediately had better and faster signal. The price is also a key factor in the purchase. We’ve been using it for almost a month now and are very happy overall.

Purchased this modem to replace a Motorola SB6121 to achieve faster download rates and it does indeed go faster. On my Blast 105 I am getting 125 Mb speeds so I can't complain. It's maybe a little bit larger than I would like but it's still otherwise very functional.

My internet stopped working one day. Instead of waiting for the technician, I went to Best Buy and bought this modem. After replacing the old modem, the internet resumed its function. This particular modem works very well.

Hooked it up 3 weeks ago. Called Time Warner Cable for them to recognize the new MAC address and it has worked flawlessly ever since. I purchased it because I thought it would work fine with my NetGear router, and it does. To this date, I have not had any problems with a NetGear device. Keeping my fingers crossed.
