Had this modem for a few months now, using on the Spectrum network. Haven’t had any problems and connection speeds are consistent.

Modem works great and my disdain for a certain internet company that rhymes with homhast has diminished a bit.

This modem works with our Comcast and we are getting great results with it. Getting the speed we are supposed to be getting with no problems or "re-sets"

This model worked perfectly with my comcast cable. I have not had any issues and doing i will. Netgear is a great route to go with

My old cable modem said it would support 384 MB download. It did not have enough channels. This modem has 24 channels to handle the 200MB download speed from TWC.

Bought a different modem but the cable company could not hook it up. Purchased this modem and it was really smooth sailing after activation.

Spectrum was jerking me around for months. Got this modem and the top of the line wireless from Netgear. No more problems, and much faster performance.

Paired this up with the Netgear Nighthawk X6, great combo. You need the speed that the cable company promises you. You will get it with this modem and Nighthawk.

I opened the box, hooked it up to the cable, called Oceanic, the friendly girl was a little confused about the model but got it right in about 5 minutes, she activated it in about 5 more minutes and its been working ever since. I did not give it 5 stars because one day we had no internet. I turned it off and on and still the same. Out of a hunch I unplugged the power off for about one minute and plugged it back in and Bingo. Back in business again. So switching the power button on and off did nothing. Pulling the plug fixed it. The modem has been in use for about a Month know. It really helps that the Status lights are small and not too bright so in the dark you will not have those hard blinking lights bouncing off the walls, its really a discreet desigh, its there but not there.. get it? A better review would be from someone who have had it for about a year or more. So far I like it.

The modem was very easy to set up and get started. I purchased it about 6 months ago and I have not had any problems with it at all.

I took it out of the box and it ran perfect with no interaction. I wanted a device that was a dedicated modem and was not disappointed. i would buy again.

I purchased this for my brother who saves money now instead of paying xfinity monthly to use their modem.

My husband bought this to get our internet to be faster and more reliable and far as I can tell, he thinks it works much better!

I purchased this with the nighthawk router and together they fixed all the issues I had with getting on line. This is a great pair and easy to set up.

quick set up and a definite speed increase over dated surfboard. less lights on the dash make it less of a distraction in cabinet

Since upgrading to this cable modem, I have noted increases in both speed and stability vs my aging DOCSIS 2.0 modem. I am pleased with this purchase.

I upgraded from the CM400 and noticed web pages have no lag now. Especially when my family is watching Netflix. Nice upgrade and worth the money!

Works great. I was tired of leasing from my internet provider best decision ever. No need for the constant rebooting.
