Small but works like a charm. Fits perfectly in tight spaces and very easy to set up

I was trying to find a way to expand my Ethernet connections for video and my wireless storage; this has a very small form factor, was easy to hook up to my router/modem and was easily recognized by my peripherals. My only issue is that though it has five ports, it only adds three because a port is taken from my router and one of the five ports connects to the router.

Very simple process to use. Minimizes the confusion of needing multiple ports.

I picked this little white switch to place under my TV stand to accommodate streaming video from multiple devices hooked up to TV, wanted something that did not look too industrial and this one fits the bill, wires exit from the back, and white color does not stick out and blends nicely

I've had the device for about 2 months now and its worked flawlessly. I use it as a secondary switch (connects to a Time Warner cable modem) in my family room to connect my TV, DVD, Roku and game console to the internet and I haven't had any problems at all with streaming movies, music or playing online games. I'm very happy with the purchase.

This works great! It did not require any extra work. Just plugged it in and it worked. The speed does not slow down at all. I have all ports used. both computers are still as fast as if they were plunged into the source directly.

This is great for a home user that has just a few devices. It would also work great at someone's desk if they had multiple computers or devices. Best of all, this is about the least expensive gig switch you will find in stores and it seems very durable.

The Netgear 5-Port was exactly what I needed to simplify switching on our family room. Since our TV in the family room is not hooked up to a receiver we were limited by the 2 HDMI port configuration which is fairly standard on most newer TVs. I needed a third input and this switch solved the issue with ease.

gets the job done and very easy to setup and install. good price and value.
