Delivers
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a replacement unit for an older one I had, which died and had lower transfer rate. I might be seeing improved online gaming for my PS4 on this but I have yet to speed test it with a high-end computer that is also plugged on it. This unit is a little larger and the plastic is bulkier (a little less stealthy than the other it replaces).

GOOD, SO FAR❗️
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is only one of a few “sub” switches being fed by a Cisco 24 port main switch. This Netgear switch has been preforming well, with no problems. Only 1 negative: A very lightweight plastic unit, too easily pulled off a shelf by the Ethernet cables!

Good Desktop switch at a Great Value
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was looking for a Gigabit switch with a few ports for a low price, and this accomplished all that was needed. The plastic is a little cheap-feeling, but that really didn't bother me.

Works well.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had this switch for several months and it has worked perfectly. I only have one open port at this point and all devices connected to this switch are working as they are supposed to work. Some of these devices are passing video streams and the switch has had no problems in handing this type of data transmission.

Sweet box for remote gig switching
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was used in an older office building to give gigabit networks (with jumbo frames, MTU=9000) access to offices in the building. Located these in the offices at the end of CAT 5e home runs and delivered 1 GB speeds to iMacs and VMs. Successfully deployed with jumbo frames across the office to speed up large file transfers.

Great switch
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Plugged in my ethernet cables and it worked immediately, no setup required. Much smaller footprint than the clunky old wireless router I had been using for additional ports since I switched to Google's wifi system.

Plug in and power up
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was able to plug in all my Ethernet cables to this switch and tie it back to my net gear router with and Ethernet cable. I then plugged it in and it just worked as I wanted it to. The switch gave me the ability to hardwire the devices I wanted to. I've had no issues with it. Instructions are easy to follow.

Excellent Ethernet Switch
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have a cable modem/router from Spectrum and for some reason some of the Ethernet ports on the back do not play well with my Hue Lights, so I wanted a switch to be able to make them work properly and add other smarthome items. This worked exactly as advertised and just what I needed. Great product.

Perfect!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works perfect to hook up several devices that are near each other, such as the multiple devices in my home entertainment center. Installation takes no time, just make sure you have an ethernet cable for each device you wish to connect. The last one of these I had worked for over 10 years. Highly recommend!!

Much needed expansion
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I needed to expand the amount of devices hardwired to my router and bought this. Install was done in 5 minutes....took more time to take it out of its packaging. Quickly connected up the additional devices and now everyone has max speed access.

Happy Little Box
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It is just a simple little switch that does its job really well. Needed something to hook the tv, ps4, DVR, and google mesh network to. All I needed to do was plug the power and network cables in and it works. Just wish it came in black so it blended in a little more with my A/V equipment.
