The grandson needed to hook up his XBox and we had to have enough ports to keep our things connnected.

I purchased this for my daughters dorm room and she was able to easily set it up in order to hard wire her computer and Apple TV so she could use both without changing Ethernet cables from one product to another. It works very well.

What can I say? These are a great way to deliver solid, wired, high speed ethernet to multiple drops in my house. Currently running 3 in the house for easy network distribution.

Works as needed, as says its un-managed so if you plan to do any thing requiring configuration may need to look into another product. But if a simple switch inside a small network is needed this will get it done with ease! plug n play.

My routers ethernet connections were all filled up so I bougth this to expand for additional hardwire devices. I like the small size and the appearence is good - lights on front. I have had few a couple of months and haven't had any issues.

This gigabyte switch is great works great looks great. Defiantly recommend for anyone needing multiple Ethernet ports in area Do us not mess up my internet so if anyone has problems then I assure u it's prob not this

Plugged it in, connected a few devices, and up and running. Was having issues with my uverse connection via a wireless access point, and this switch solved that problem.

Actually, was told to purchase an inexpensive Gigabit switch with at least 4 ports. This was the option I picked. Enabled the quick transfer of data from my old PC to my new one. Helps move traffic among my home office devices. Working well.

This switch works great when you want to add multiple ethernet devices to your router. I have 2 of these now, one upstairs and the other downstairs, and they do the job.

This was a great purchase! I wanted to hard wire all of my devices instead of using WI-FI. By getting this switch, I was able to do just that and my internet speeds on my devices are three times faster! Definitely buy this one!

I purchased this to fix my U-verse problem, unable to connect my cloud to the U-verse modem. I read that it would work on the blog. It now works and my printer connects properly also. Too bad AT&T can't furnish a better modem.

i'm sure it's a great product as it's doing exactly what it's supposed to do. only problem is that it was purchased so the boss could hook the new camera system up to the internet and now can spy on all of us from anywhere.

I'm using this to expand the number of ports on my Eero hub and it works great, allows me to plugin several other smart devices like a Smartthings Hub and Arlo camera hub. Can't beat the price either.

Got this network switch for all my devices that I have behind the TV. its small and light. I just stuck one command strip and stuck it on the wall. another great product form Netgear.

I had to purchase this as my current router only has 2 Ethernet ports. Not useful for a gamer with a lot of tech. This was a wonderful solution & is small enough to sit on my desk. Worthwhile purchase!

with all of our streaming devices and smart tvs, performance is so much better run to them with an ethernet cable. I use this from my modem to run to my router and then directly to my entertainment smart devices.

needed a switch to hook up more "stuff" ... reviews said this was a good choice.. right to BB, the salesperson pointed me in the right direction, was in and out in about 10 min. so far working likes it is suppose to.
