My office's network switch fried in the middle of the day and we could do no work. Ran to Best Buy and picked up their smallest switch (this product). Swapped it in, no set up besides plugging in the network cables and turning it on. Works great.

I added ports to U-Verse which only comes with four. I can use it in the future at no additional expense when I convert to Gigabit. Strategically located downstream from the U-Verse hub, I added the Roku for better than WiFi performance.

Right out of the box it is easy to hook up and get started. Works great and is fast.

Hooked up four items with short cat 5 cables to the switch. This required only one long cat 5 cable to the router from the switch. Do not have to worry about poor wireless wi-fi signals with a direct connection.

My home mesh network has a limited number of wired Ethernet ports on the parent node. Adding this switch allowed connection of up to 4 wired devices. This switch is the perfect solution.

perfect for the game room, simple to set up and use

I needed some hard wired data to my basement and this switch was perfect. I can have all ports being used and I do not see any slowdown in data rates! Its also small and compact so I can hide it pretty easy!

I have owned three of the NetGear switches over the years and this one works as good as, if not better, than its predecessors. I would gladly recommend this product to someone needing a small frame switch with big performance.

I bought this for my security system because I needed extrs ports the that my router didn't have. Works as advertised.

Never thought I'd need something like this product again in my life but after installing a security camera system in my home I discovered I did. Works fine right out of the box! Gives me the extra "hard plug" I needed.

Needed to split ethernet cables for upstairs work offices (thanks COVID). No noticeable drop in internet speed with 4 separate connections.

I have no complaints. It works as described by Netgear. No technical issues so far.

Been using these for years with no troubles. The white finish is a nice touch, and fits in with modern office and home environments. Never needs power cycling, just sits there and works. What more could you ask for?

My son is living in a dorm and the wireless was not good. We purchased this to plug in his laptop, TV and some other items. This provided a much better and more reliable connection!

This router is very light and feels cheap, but it works great.

Very easy to setup. If you currently have a 10/100 switch, this is a very easy way to increase the speed of your network and internet access. It is not wireless, so if that's what you're looking for, this product is not for you.
