If you need a switch this is the switch for you. Providing you need only 5 ports it will work seamlessly and unattended. Works for home and office netorks.

My internet modem is down stairs but my 3 gaming system and Apple TV is upstairs none is connected to the wifi. This device allows me to connect via LAN line and the speed is great

Good price and good product. I was looking for switch to extended Ethernet connection from my cable modem which gives one port out which goes to router and one back in switch to 5 direct Ethernet.

Easy setup and works as advertised. It blends well with other equipment that's white as well such as my internet modem.

The 5-port Netgear switch does what it is supposed to do. There is no setup, just plug it in and connect. I needed to split the Internet wire in one room to two pc's. this did the trick.

Have 2 computers which need to be hardwired into the router. This works well for me in order to have 2 wires hooked up at once into our computers. I have not noticed any slow down in speeds either.

This gets the job done. Made of plastic however when most are made of metal but does make it easy if you wanted to mount it. Have not had any issues with it whatsoever.

I'm not a technical person so I found this router to be extremely easy to set up. Basically, it's just plug and play. I have it plugged into my other DSL router and now have expanded ports available to me.

My Wifi Router only has two ports and this was a great add on as I inquired a new office space. Easy to use and set up, just plug in new ethernet cables to your devices.

Quality switch from a brand I trust. Very easy to setup just plug and play. I bought this to hook more wired connections in my home office and gaming room where I have 4 gaming systems hard wired.

It was a little confusing to set up as the diagram on the box contradicts the diagram on the insert regarding the WAN port. This port isn't labeled on the device either, so you're in for a little guessing. I guessed right and haven't given it a thought since. I have a gigabit connection and this switch serves me well.

Simple plug and play. Ready to use right out of the box. No lost or drop in connection speed. I do wish that it came in black so that it matches my other stuff. Overall it is a great ethernet switch.
