I needed a couple of additional ports on my router and this fit the need perfectly. Seems to be a high quality product for a very reasonable price. Great value!

My new 5-Port Netgear switch works perfectly and is faster than the wireless system I was using before.

I have three devices in my office I was running internet to. They were getting 5 mbps. It was frustrating. Changed to this device and I’m getting 75 mbps now.

Needed a couple more ethernet connections after xfinity gave us a new modem and it only had 2. Super easy setup and is working perfectly. it is plastic so we will see how long it lasts compared to the metal ones. But I guess that is the trade off for the lower cost.

Plug and play unmanaged switch works efforts with modem that do not have multiple Ethernet connections.

I did not know what this device was capable of or how it would work, but it was simple to install and works great to expand your Wi-Fi network.

It’s fine. I haven’t done any latency testing to see if it is causing a better or worse situation to any other small switches on my network, but it works.

Got this to help run cables to other parts of my home. Does the job and no issues so far.

The Netgear switch allows me to plug in a few more devices since my router limits me to two.

If you've upgraded your network to gigabit speeds and need to share a connection between two devices the Netgear 5-port gigabit switch does a great job without losing any speed.

Bought a wireless garage door opener but needed extra plugs in order to use door opening app. Piggybacked the Netgear to my UVERSE and it works fine.

I use netgear routers in both of my homes so when I needed a switch, this one was the obvious choice. It does exactly what a switch is designed to do and does it well.
