Makes a great network addition

We have used quite a number of the 5-port and 8-port models to allow the connection of computers and printers easily without running additional cabling.

Solid Performer

I have used a lot of Netgear routing and switching gear over the years with little issue and expect the same experience from this device.

Hardlining in severely dimishes wifi efficacy. In order for the device to fully function, I was advised by tech support to spoof the MAC address after my ISP wouldn't divulge sensitive WAN settings. Weirdest Netgear experience yet. Probably will stick with Linksys going forward. I prefer to restrict this kind of technical quest to my gaming.
