Best 10/100/1000 Switch for the price

All of the other switches and hubs I have used (I was a Network Administrator), have rows of small round status LED's with small numbers above or below. These are large and actually are the number of the port- which is directly behind. I have another switch at home, from a different manufacturer, and the ports do not correspond to the location of the status lights at all. The numbers are so small you need a magnifying glass. I'm sure this doesn't seem like a big issue. But when you have a problem, it's nice to know which cable it is- at a glance.
