    After my ISP upgraded out wireless router, I lost multiple ports and couldn't connect TVs directly into the router due to the install location. This switch added multiple ports and allowed me to add more TVs to direct connect to the switch and get better performance over the wireless network.

    It does what it should. Allow for multiple ethernet devices to connect. I use it in my home office and can even keep track of the usage out of each device. Useful if your are running a business out of your home.

    The provider I work with doesn’t help set up ethernet even though it is advertised and even sent in when I moved in so hence this had to be self done, the product worked wonderfully and is a great price !

    I would give it a 5 star if it was actually an 8 port like it claims. One of the ports has to be used as the input ergo it is actually a 7 port switch. Other than that I have 2 and they have been great.

    Not much to say - needed a switch in the utility room and this does the job. Seemed a little heaver duty to hold up in a non-office setting. I believe it has some additional configuration options I did not explore.

    It was on sale so it was a managed switch for the the same price of an unmanaged switch. For your basic use, this doesn't matter, but for my work, this was a great deal. Also love the silver coloring.
