This was an "emergency" purchase due to some confusion of what I thought I was to receive from my new ISP. I needed internet connection immediately and couldn't wait for a modem to be mailed to me. I ran to best buy, purchased this after consulting with a best buy associate and it works like a charm. I have had no issues. Also, the tech support on the product is terrific as I needed help with set-up to my router and they walked me through and stayed on the phone with me until I was completely done.

I bought this Netgear modem as replacement for my Mom. Her modem went out & this was exactly what she needed to get back online. Great item, easy hook up & installation.

I got one of these for my mom a while back, and then one for my own house, because we have the same ISP and their modem was garbage. I haven't experienced any dropoffs at all ever since. 10/10, would buy again.

Being in an area where phone DSL is our only option (excluding satellite) we had to go with the DSL modem. Was very easy to hook up and does job as promised.

Bought this an an upgrade to my stock Verizon modem which was extrembly old. This actually helped to increase the speed I was receiving which was the goal.

Needed a modem-only since I had a Apple Time Capsule router. This was the only one I could find!! It was easy to install, and works like a charm. No complaints.

Good DLS router replacing old century link router. Easy set up. Doesn't loose signal very much. Smooth connection to wireless router.

First, the product is great. Works with no problems, as advertised. This is not a state of the art unit, but it fulfills basic ADSL modem, router and wireless router tasks with security. Second, the product came with no documentation except a note in the box that said to go on-line for installation instructions. Duh. Want to tell me how to do that without a functioning ADSL modem or internet connection? Fortunately I have done this before and was able to install using the ever popular "admin" password to get to the modem set-up. But really.

Needed to replace an old AT&T DSL modem. This fit the bill and worked just fine.

We were having trouble with our wi-fi cutting out at high traffic times, the router gave the boost we need, we have had no issues with streaming since we installed it. I would buy this again!

Good, quality modem and was listed for $50. Fairly easy to setup but had to contact my ISP to get the proper code to use.

Good product for the price. We recommend NETGEAR. We upgraded from a N300 that was over 4 years old. What a difference!!

This modem was easy to set up. Easy to follow instructions. Nice looking box.

NETGEAR - Broadband ADSL2+ Modem. You can plug this Modem in to your PC and program it during set up, do not waste your time with the set up genie you must first input your citys ISP identification configurations into any modem for your internet provider to connect, contact your (ISP) internet supplier directly and ask for the connection interface DCHP info to complete the connection of a modem to there service. (input all the info requested directly into your SET UP soft ware page via netgear modem login) from your PC with the yellow cable provided by NETGEAR to gain internet access to both Modem and Router. this info is the same for Cable or DSL Modem connection.

it was quick and quick and easy to set up. The CD that came with the modem was very useful and easy to follow.

We recently moved from fast internet to rural Alabama; internet through phone company. We bought this so as not to pay the exorbitant price of the provided modem. When the service was hooked up, the technician plugged everything in, and when we came home, we had internet. Works like a charm.
