I upped my internet speed and the modem I had was not capable of handling the faster speed. I was offered 4 different modems to choose from and chose the Netgear NightHawk CM 2500. Glad I did, no buffering.

My old Arris went out after a lightning strike near my home. The Netgear modem has been reliable so far and allows me to upgrade my service to the one gig internet speed

Our old modem stopped being supported by Spectrum and would eventually start to drop the signal. I picked this model up as it's supported, and the signal has been perfect.

Purchased S34 thinking it was going to be better!! Arris S34 lasted 30 days, constantly overheated, dropped signal and would not keep a profile. Returned and got this one… ZERO ISSUES. This modem runs my planned speeds and has been flawless !! BUY IT !!

A really nice looking modem.It runs cooler than my other modem.The other one was a netgear modem.I like the extra Ethernet port on it.It future proofs me,and I noticed my internet connection is faster with less latency.

This cable modem works great with my Spectrum Internet service and the setup was easy. Great item! Upgraded from a Netgear CM1000 which was working good, but definitely would recommend to others who are looking to take advantage of faster Internet speeds.

I purchased this to replace a Motorola modem I had for 15yrs. It was great and kept me running with no issues. However it was time to upgrade and this modem is so much faster. Currently I have it paired with a nighthawk WiFi 6 router so far no issue and setup was a breeze with the Xfinity app.

From opening the box to setting everything up took less then 5 mins. Everything was smooth sailing. No hassle whatsoever. Our internet is way much faster with this modem.

after 8 months now no problems so i would say this is a good cable modem . comcast tried to blame the low speed 200 Mbps on netgear but the tech at netgear proved to me by the report it was comcast not the cable modem. so comcast had to do some tweeking on there end blaming the equipment not there stuff for the low speed so the internet tech had to fix after a few nightmares they did and still getting 1000 Mbps after comcast did there thing .

The modem was easy to connect to Xfinity service and immediately boosted the speed by 80% over my old modem. Has been working well for over two months.

Get Modem, Comcast would prefer for you to use theirs, don't unless you like having outages on weekly. The speed is differently there.

Increased speeds by A LOT, we would still be stuck at 150mbps if we didn’t switch to this. Set up wasn’t the easiest either due to xfinity acting up or just bad luck.

This modem replaced my Spectrum’s modem. It works seemingly well with our EERO WIFI 6 mesh system. I have not reset this modem since purchased.

Great for use with up to 1 gig if your service provider is cox. It has 2 gig capability, but cox wont let you use it. They make you rent their equipment. So make sure to check with you provider about compatibility before buying. Other than that im extremely happy with this product.
