It is fairly easy to install and works well. I used to have lots of dead zones in my house and that is no longer the case. I was able to get all my devices to work with this. I have a wifi thermostat, door bell, security cam and Roku for TV. All good. Additionally I have a Mac desktop, iPhone and iPad. Be prepared to spend about an hour setting it up but once you get everything on board you will be happy you got it. I am.

I am so glad I bought this Orbi mesh wifi router. Originally I was gonna buy a more expensive model but settled on this due to money restraints. It’s a hefty investment but it’s worth it. My wifi router recent got relocated to one end of the house versus the center where it gave wifi evenly. This made one of the house have barely any signal with constant dropped Zoom calls, Netflix loading issues, etc. It was bad so we got those plug in extenders and it wasn’t good. Not worth it. So we decided to make the investment for this mesh wifi router. Absolutely a game changer for 2 reasons. 1st the wifi reaches all around the house and no more issues. Everyone can stream, watch and do Zoom comfortably without feeling it lag. 2nd was easy set up and the app that allows you to do so many features like enable a guest wifi network in case you don’t wanna give out the password. See who’s on the network and you could even pause the network for specific devices. If you got the money and are having wifi issues in regards to signal reaching the whole house. This is what you need. Even saving up for this is worth it.

Combined this with a Netgear modem and increased the coverage in the house and the speed. Replaced the provider's modem/router and pods (which never went into a room that was only one room away from the original modem/router). Definitely recommend the Orbi which can be controlled from an app on the phone...wherever you are.

Got this and I was finally getting the most out of my internet speed. Not only that, but the form factor was cute and in the name. I love the easy setup and simple smart home looking design. Pulsating lights and and a nice white to it looks neat on my desk. Little wiring and the signal never drops for me. Love these little orbis. Buying another satellite just for my room next time. So cute :3

Easy to setup, no problems yet! I bought the 2 pack thinking that it would be enough for my townhouse, but I was wrong. I just needed the router itself! The range for just the router itself is pretty impressive. If not the range, then the connectivity is amazing, I have 7 items connected to the wifi, and there is no lag or any performance issue yet. I live in a 3 floor townhouse btw.

I purchased this system on 2/23/20, and so far this has been one of the most stable, user friendly wifi systems I've used. Reliable, fast and easy to navigate app. I utilize the 300 mbs option from my internet provider, and I observe speeds throughout my 3500 sq ft home from 150-350mbs on most devices depending on distance from the router or satellite.

I current use ATT fiber and pay for 1 gig speeds but never really saw it in any of my devices including it being connected directly to my ATT provided modem/router. Even after speaker with them it never really got above 300 megs download. I purchased this mesh network based on reviews and recommendations I found online and I got to say, I now see a big difference when it comes to connectivity in my home. I now have no dead spots, all my devices work simultaneously without any lag or slowness. No buffering from my movie services and load time were cut more than half from how fast this thing runs. I now see closer to 600 megs download speeds wirelessly and closer to 1000 mega download when connected directly to the primary router. This thing really works great with everything in my home and I will say that I have anywhere between 30 to 40 connected devices to it and this mech network handles all of my devices with ease. As I was recommended this from different individuals, i too recommend this for anyone trying to get more from their ISP.

This is a fantastic router. It took only a few minutes to install, it provides very fast internet and covers the whole house. It eliminated a sketchy long ethernet cable that ran from my home office to the living room, and for the first time I have a very strong signal for every room in the house, including my wife's she shed. This is the best router I've ever owned.

Although pricey, the AC3000 system eliminated dead spots in our coverage and delivers blazing fast speed everywhere in our townhome. Purchased it because the built-in Comcast WiFi was clearly inferior to our previous Apple Airport Extreme base station, and I wanted even better coverage than the single Apple access point. Setup was a little less than flawless... took a couple of resets and a firmware upgrade to get the satellite in sync with the base, but it has stayed up for six weeks without any interventions. I actually wish the Orbis would keep their cool blue top LEDs on so you would know they are working, but except for a small power light on the back, they are dark when working.

We have comcast and were using their router with wifi and found it to be weak and left numerous dead spots in our house. We had a repeater but that resulted in a total of 4 different wifi signals that we had to select manually depending on where we were in house. We were about to break down and get another repeater for downstairs thus creating a total of 6 wi fi signals when we came across Orbi. We bought the base with one satellite but had to exchange it for the base with two satellites because of the configuration of our house. Problem solved. Faster, more reliable wifi signal with only a single wifi to which we have to connect throughout the house. Little pricey but solved our problem.

Best system I have ever used for blanketed coverage over a large area with no drop in speed whatsoever. I have used many routers at low and high price points. Beauty of this system is that it doesn't cut the speed like extenders and repeaters do. Only con is that is doesn't have all the advanced settings high priced routers have. This won't effect 90% of people. If you can afford the high cost of entry, it is well worth it.

Initially I purchased the Google Nest WiFi system. Great overall with connection but was lacking in providing my internet provider full speed (400/20) Got these bad boys and I’m getting (480/24) everywhere in the house. The setup was easy. Just follow the instructions in the app and within 15 minutes you’re good to go. Completely worth it.

This was an upgrade for a 3 year old Netflix router. The old router was dropping signal on a daily basis so it was time to replace. Our current house is a 2400 square foot ranch with the router located in a bedroom on one end of the house. We needed the signal to reach throughout the entire house plus make it into the 1500 square foot attached garage/workshop. The signal reaches all of the areas I need and runs multiple devices such as smart TVs, laptops and phones. I also have Nest cameras on my Network. Everything runs smoothly and there is no lagging on my cameras. I did have trouble trying to hook up the router with the Orbi app. Instead, I set up the router manually. Then I plugged in the satellite and it was recognized right away. Once the router was online, I was able to set up an account on the app. I do like the app to manage my network. This might be a difficult setup for someone that isn’t tech savvy. I had it up in running in a few minutes, but struggled with the app for some time before I decided to bypass the app and set the Orbi up the old fashioned way. Plug in, find network on device, add password, etc. Overall I am satisfied with this router. This is not the least expensive option out there but I wanted something that could handle lots of devices, have a far reaching signal, and not be obsolete in a year or two. So far this Orbi router is meeting my needs.

This Netgear Orbi replaced a router that had been giving me fits with inconsistent speed issues. That old router has been documented to be buggy and no number of resets or firmware updates resolved my issues. The Netgear Orbi solved my issues and I now get the full speed my ISP charges me for. The coverage is amazing with not a dead spot in my house. I highly recommend this router.

Coverage is amazing, no dead spots and no drops. I've always bought cheap sub $30 wifi routers, but ingot a good deal on this to try at our new house. This is better than any combo I've ever used, or help someone set up ( including the Google WiFi system). Spend the money and use this if you have two stories, or a house bigger than 2500 square feet.
