Had it for a month or so and love it so far. Easy to setup up and use. Solid range and signal.

I bought this to extend the range of my wifi in my yard. I can now get a good signal on the deck of my pool, 25 yards away, to stream music. I walked the perimeter of my yard without losing the signal. My provider gateway is located in the basement, so I connected the Orbi router by cable and have it on the first floor along with the satellite. Works great.

I am pleased with the new router so far. It indicates that it is for a 5,000 square foot house and for the most part, that is true. We do however, have a few slower spots, and some that get no connection at all, so that is a bit of a disappointment. I may need to purchase an additional unit, which is not what was advertised, but the jury is still out on that one. There are 5 of us in the house and only one member is having difficulty with the connection and speed, so that is why I am waiting to see how things go,

Pros: Super fast internal network amazing when its working Disney Circle parental controls is next level CONS: Disconnects from internet multiple times a day. Know problem google it. App is extremely on features comparing even to the overly simple easy to use self managing google wifi it lacks features that GOOGLE has. Unit it about 1 foot tall and about 2 inches wide so an Eyesore. I returned this and got the Google Wifi 3 pack again. Yes its only ac 1200 vs 3000 BUT my internet does drop, its easier to use, smaller footprints and just Better app all the way around. This has a lot of potential with software updates and tweeks but if you are not the power user that wants to tinker around with your Router to try to figure out why its dropping. Call up Support they will have you enable or disable beem forming, change all these settings just to get a reliable connect?? Feels like a half baked problem plagued my SOFTWARE and FIRMWARE issues. I would have loved to kept this product but I just want working fast internet that covers my 3000 square foot home and this just isnt that.

I have a two story house. The signal strength was very poor. I had been looking at range extenders, but discovered the orbi instead. I decided to try it after speaking with a Best Buy salesman, who said I could bring it back in a week if it didn't solve my problems. I figured that was a pretty good deal. The set up was simple. THe problems were solved. I have numerous items on my wi-fi, and I have a great signal strength for all of them. I am very happy with this purchase

I purchased the NETGEAR - Orbi AC3000 Tri-Band Mesh Wi-Fi System (2-pack) for my 1,200+ square-foot split-level home. My IP provides 60 mbps download speeds to my DSL phone port. The Orbi "ROUTER" was installed near a port in the lower level of my house, near one end of it. The "SATTELITE" was installed in the upper level near the opposite end of the house. The Orbi has not only eliminated "dead" and "slow" spots in my house, but also provides adequate coverage in my garage, driveway and front and backyards. I consistently measure 55-57 mbps throughout my WIFI use area. Unless you are knowledgeable about installation of mesh WIFI systems, I recommend using Best Buy's Geek Squad service for installation. After reading many reviews of this product before purchasing it, It appears to me that many of the complaints by other reviewers about the Orbi AC3000 may have been caused by faulty or incomplete installations that were done by the reviewers themselves. Although NETGEAR's instructions are clear, they do not take into account all factors affection WIFI networks. Geek Squad agent (Kent) that I dealt with checked everything out, so I am getting the WIFI service that I have been expecting.

I couldn't believe the difference in speed when trying to open a web page. Unbelievablely reliable. Simple to set up

When it works it’s awesome! But it is a craps game as to whether it’s going to work on a given day. Wired connections are slow when wireless are fast and vise versa at times.

The case is very sturdy but also think so it's not much bigger than the phone. An added bonus is that the design on the back is really cool... very sophisticated. I highly recommend this case.
