THE GEEK SQUAD REP. WAS PATIENT, AS I'M NOT WELL VERSED IN THIS TECHNOLOGY. HE HELPED ME SET UP MY WI-FI AND SHOWED ME HOW TO SYNC IT WITH MY PC. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING THE GEEK SQUAD IF YOU EVER NEED HELP.

Our tech was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunatly our problem was with the network provider or possibly my computer. I am currently trying to get an upgrade to the house, then may need to call the tech again. So nice that I have a 6 month subscription.

I REALLY WAS NOT AWARE OF ALL THE GEEK SQUAD COULD DO UNTIL IT WAS SUGGESTED BY THE STORE EMPLOYE. BOY AM I GLAD I CHOSE TO USE GEEK SQUAD. NOW I HAVE SOMEONE TO GO TO WHEN I'M IN TROUBLE.

My guy was very capable and qualified to do the work. He fixed my network problem. My complaint is with the Netgear extender that has since quit working again. The Geek Squad guy was great.

Purchased a slingbox, receiver for it and router at suggestion of BB personnel and indicated TV would be for use outside. First tech set up, but it didn't work outside. 2nd tech said it wouldn't work as wired because the signal would not run outside and said the first tech should have run the signal through the electrical wiring, but didn't have time to do that and scheduled another follow up. Didn't show up for the follow up. Have called several times to get a new appointment scheduled, but nobody will tie records together but a supervisor and the supervisors do not return phone calls.

Geek Squad visit. Excellent....could not have better. Technician got right to the problem which was to set up VPN on my home computer. We had a question the day after he left which was his day off. He called me anyway. Again excellent service!

Parker, the Geek squad tech from the Moline, Il.store, is a great asset to the store. He is efficient and friendly, treats my wife and I like family. This was our second visit from him, and I will request him for all my future needs.

purchased the new network setup through best buy but when I talked to geek squad they said they wouldn't do service that was purchased on best buy. Doesn't make much sense and I never got my money back either.

I've been a Geek Squad convert for about six month. I rarely use OEM support anymore. Their agents are responsive and technically sound.

the 40 inch Samsung smart TV has a great picture quality. the colors are vivid and the remote is easy to use. this is a new TV. I have another Samsung TV about 4 yrs old . i have been pleased with that TV also.

As far as Geek Squad is concern, they know what to do. Very good in resolving the issues, very polite and accommodative.

The geek squad are the greatest for people like me who don't know stuff like that. They take care of all your problems. And make sure you understand everything when they are done. Keep up the good work!

In tweo visits, the geek squad associate was able to set up a secure wireless network and make two of my desktop computers connect to it. Thus is great
