i'm somewhat of a newbie to mirrorless cameras - let alone digital photography. I really like the profile of the camera. The WIFI functionality is great. Easy to configure and works like a charm. I previously had a Sony a6000 and found it better for android vs iOS. The olympus worked with both without any issues. Also Remote View (using the phone as your view finder) is great! Another feature i was unable to unlock on my Sony Camera. I also like the color temperature of the photos taken. It's a warmer (vivid) color style. I would say it's not as sharp as the Sony a6000 (colors are cooler, more blue and photos are very crisp). It just depends what you are looking for. Additionally these can also be settings one can modify but out of the box with the AUTO feature enabled - this is what i noticed. I'm not a HUGE fan of the Kit lens... i prefer prime lenses... i find myself only shooting with my 25mm....

I originally bought this camera in order to have more control over my photos than I would with a point and shoot. However, it didn't arrive until 2 days before vacation so I didn't have time to learn all the bells and whistles. I seriously pushed it to the limit on automatic and it kept up pretty well. I took photos os sunrise/sunset on the Grand Canyon and it handled the lighting perfectly. I took pictures of deer, elk, bunnies, lizards, etc and it focused quick enough to catch them before they scittered away. The only thing it couldn't do was catch hummingbird wings in flight, but that really is asking for a lot on auto. Now that I am back home, I am truly looking forward to seeing what it can do with my guidance. This camera is super light , easy to carry, on automatic you can easily shoot one handed, which is helpful when you have 2 dog leashes in the other hand.

This is an awesome camera! I use it for street photography, travel, and portraits too!!! Fast focus and the wifi shooting is very handy, specially if u want to be in the picture with ur family... u can set it and forget it... all u have to do is say cheese! It's worth th $500 with the kit lens... I price matched with amazon and that made everything worth it..

I got this camera as a secondary camera to my bulkier Canon DSLR. So far I love it, photo quality is fantastic. While not as intuitive as other cameras I've used it was relatively easy to get up to speed. The wifi functionality is great. I love being able to access all functionality directly from the touch screen itself. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

This camera checks off almost all of my boxes for what I was looking for in a mirror less camera. It is packed with features for its price and the size is perfect. The options for lenses are great but they are quite costly. WiFi works better than other cameras I have tested and the GPS capability is an added bonus. Think of this camera as a good portable/travel camera that would satisfy people who are used to SLR capabilities and functions. Would definitely purchase again!

I got this camera as a gift for my wife and she's enjoyed it so far. We've only had it for a month now, and the only downside we can see is the performance in low light. But for the conditions under which we will be using this camera, it's the right blend of stylishness, quality and portability.

Great camera! I love how easy it is to navigate the menus and the wifi works really well. You have to download an app to transfer your pics over wifi but it's easy to figure out. Picture quality is amazing and I love the retro look.

I've had this camera for a month or 2 now and have had a blast. The camera is intuitive and easy to use. The pictures are pretty good so far. I am very happy with the quality of the camera and the pictures.

This olympus is a fantastic alternative to a DSLR. Pictures come out great and it's significantly smaller than a DSLR (despite the pictures where it still looks rather large). Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the menus are a little difficult to navigate, but I'm sure that will get easier with practice.

This camera is a great starter camera for me to use for my growing family! It takes beautiful pictures and is easy to use with the phone app.

Bought this camera as my foray into the mirrorless camera world. The plan was to use this as a complement/replacement for my Nikon DSLR system. On a trip to Yellowstone, the camera has certainly met my expectations and more. Also the range of great lenses for the system make the camera a keeper. I will be looking to add more lenses and maybe another micro 4/3 body in the future. The only cause of unhappiness was the somewhat disappointing battery life in particular how the battery died without any warning. More like a 4.5 than a 4.

Although it has a few limitations on image quality and production of shallow depth of field compared to larger sensor sized DSLR's, the ease of use and a good variety of lens selection make it a good choice for capturing moments without much sacrifice. Instant touchscreen shooting is probably the best feature of the camera. It would be nice to have sweep panorama - although the camera does allow production of panoramic pictures with computer, it would be nice to have sweep panorama for simple, easy panoramic shots.

The OMD EM10 is a well built fine camera. It produces high quality images and is compact enough that you want to take it with you all the time. The micro four thirds system is really tempting me to sell my much larger DSLR.

not as powerful as those prosumer dslr's, but the it's very compact in size making it easy to carry around.

I like this camera very much. I took a lot of beautiful pictures when I travel. It is worth to buy!

I use it when biking or traveling with the 40-150mm lens. Perfect kit. small and quite functional.

The image quality of photos I took with OMD-EM10 camera is comparable with those from my Pentax K-50 DSLR, both cameras using kit lenses. Indeed a very good camera for its compact size & full-featured specs.
