The agent was on time and was knowledgable about my product (desk-top computer). He hooked everything up and answered all my questions. He did not rush through the job and did not dismiss my concerns. If I need service in the future, I would appreciate having him return.

Made adjustments to my simulator now I’m back on track

The agent was 1) on time, 2) professional 3) knowledgeable and 4) patient with us. He also swapped out our router with a new one we had purchased from Best Buy and when that did not fix the issue, he told us we did not need it and hooked up the original router. This saved us nearly $200.

The agents installed all the things we needed and explained it to us in a manner easy to understand, He accepted any questions asked and learned a lot from what he explained. Our machine has been working well since then and hope it will go smoothly from this day on. Appreciate that it is working so well now and can call them back as needed.

My Geek Squad Agent, Andy, was highly professional and knowledgeable. He fixed all my problems and offered suggestions to improve my computer's performance.

Would be perfect but tech forgot to transfer my bookmarked web pages. Everything else was completed and it would have taken me several days to do the new computer set-up, even with help over the phone. Tech was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. I'm still very pleased with this service.

Randall located computer problem and recommended that I take my PC to Geek Squad @ Best Buy-York PA. which I did. Service call charge was refunded to my credit card. It was determined that my hard drive was failing. Agent Zachery installed a new hard drive, loaded Microsoft Office 365, Webroot and Windows 10. Took PC home and reconnected my system and it works great. :)

Dropped off my laptop to replace the hard drive and was very pleased with the service I received. At drop off I was walked through the entire process so I would know what to expect. Got my new computer in a well packed box. Wasn't doing me any good since I had not the slightest idea how to set it up. The service tech came promptly and set it up for me. He tried to explain it, but I really had no idea what he was talking about. I wrote down every question I had and his reply. While the computer was up and running, I still do not know how to do many things on it. Sometimes I can figure it out myself, sometimes not. The problem I had with the service is that he was scheduled for a short service call and this was not the half hour kind of service. While he didn't exactly rush through, there was so much I wanted to know and there was no time as he had appointments after mine. For example, I could not reconnect NetTalk and he told me it wouldn't connect to the new computer. I didn't think that sounded right, so after a few weeks of messing around with it myself, I believe it's working now. I unfortunately have no idea what I did, so if bad weather happens and it goes out, I'm back to square one. My late husband handled all the computer problems and it's annoying to buy a new computer and be able to do even less on it than my Windows 7. I am a visual learner, so someone just telling me what to do over the phone never works. I can pay my bills, purchase things and read email, so I guess I'll just need to be thankful for that. I just don't seem to enjoy using this computer as much. Perhaps it will get better with time, especially if I can find some one with the time and patience to teach this old lady.

Galo helped set up heat. This is the second time Galo gave support. He is the best. Always prepared. Always professional. And willing to go beyond what is expected. He is patient and fully willing to accomplish task.

As I am elderly, I was glad to utilize the Geek Squads Service to mount my Television and connect it to all of my devices in my home. The TV was installed professionally and quickly. I have had no problems or issues with the installation or connection of my devices. I intend to utilize the Geek Squad in all my future connections when needed. It is no longer easy for me to mount these devices on my own as a Senior or Disabled person. I so appreciate this service offered by Best Buy.
