    Excellent service provided by excellent technicians and support staff. As I am an invalid, this service is extremely important and valuable for me receive the in-home help that I need. Their communications regarding making appointments and conformation of the appointment are very professional and helpful. Thank you very much!

    My computer has been acting up for a while. He did inform me that windows 11 was not working properly, he fixed it for a time but now, I do need to take it in. He was great and listen to what was happening but at the end, the compute decided to do its own thing.

    Beyond my expectation, the servicemen, both, explained my computer to me in non-tech language this non-techie (me) understood. For example, it was recommended I replace current computer with a new one, although not a low-end computer that would be out of date in 2 years. A price in the $500 range was suggested. They put my current computer in a tuned-up-status and showed me basic use of my computer and how to access and use the DVD player. There were good vibes in their service, altogether, and I am thankful I called the geek squad!

    I love being a member of Total Tech and receiving service from Geek Squad. They are very efficient and knowledgeable. Always willing to help and explain things to you to make your transition go smoothly. Highly recommend!

    Randall located computer problem and recommended that I take my PC to Geek Squad @ Best Buy-York PA. which I did. Service call charge was refunded to my credit card. It was determined that my hard drive was failing. Agent Zachery installed a new hard drive, loaded Microsoft Office 365, Webroot and Windows 10. Took PC home and reconnected my system and it works great. :)

    Dropped off my laptop to replace the hard drive and was very pleased with the service I received. At drop off I was walked through the entire process so I would know what to expect. Then I was kept apprised of the progress. At pick up the Geek Squad patiently helped me get back into my email and such. It was a pleasant experience. Thanks

    Excellent customer service attitude! Dedicated to fixing problem and getting customer “back in business” as quickly as possible. Their professionalism, expertise in diagnosing problem, friendliness, and energy make them feel like family - trustworthy, respectful, comfortable in one’s home, not big-headed know-it-alls.     Needed to replace my glitchy computer which lasted 5 years, also from Best Buy. Got exactly what I needed with the help of a knowledgeable computer geek sales man. Thanks Best Buy. Easiest set up ever (like my iPhone!) but better. It’s a MS Surface Laptop 7th generation. Awesome machine to handle the AI age. Feels like I’m driving a Porsche!

    Got my new computer in a well packed box. Wasn't doing me any good since I had not the slightest idea how to set it up. The service tech came promptly and set it up for me. He tried to explain it, but I really had no idea what he was talking about. I wrote down every question I had and his reply. While the computer was up and running, I still do not know how to do many things on it. Sometimes I can figure it out myself, sometimes not. The problem I had with the service is that he was scheduled for a short service call and this was not the half hour kind of service. While he didn't exactly rush through, there was so much I wanted to know and there was no time as he had appointments after mine. For example, I could not reconnect NetTalk and he told me it wouldn't connect to the new computer. I didn't think that sounded right, so after a few weeks of messing around with it myself, I believe it's working now. I unfortunately have no idea what I did, so if bad weather happens and it goes out, I'm back to square one. My late husband handled all the computer problems and it's annoying to buy a new computer and be able to do even less on it than my Windows 7. I am a visual learner, so someone just telling me what to do over the phone never works. I can pay my bills, purchase things and read email, so I guess I'll just need to be thankful for that. I just don't seem to enjoy using this computer as much. Perhaps it will get better with time, especially if I can find some one with the time and patience to teach this old lady.

    Chaz, our Geek Squad technician was awesome. He was very friendly and professional. Although he wasn't able to make the necessary repairs during his visit. He went out of his way to follow up and make sure my beautiful wife and I were taken care of. He provided outstanding customer service and it was a pleasure dealing with him, thank you Chaz and Best Buy.

    The technician who came to our house was very prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to try to help us with our current problem. My husband's computer is now working as it should once again - and all the emails were restored!!
