Nice receiver for the price, as it was on sale for $160 off.

This amplifier meets and exceeded my expectations. Its connectivity to various audio systems through Bluetooth and direct connection makes it a very good product.

ARC did not work even arter two so-called repairs. I had to take it back a third time because it still wasn't working. The good thing is, that's why I refunded my money and allowed me to upgrade to a better stereo receiver. Can't say anything bad about the customer service, but the equipment itself failed me. But then again, that's what you get when you buy cheaper than what you're used too. Cheaper is not always better. You get what you pay for.

It's adequate for what I need. I am hoping the computers will work longer than my previous Onkyo receiver.
It was hard to adjust the balance; it is missing a balance control knob.
I am also not a fan of rocker switches to adjust the bass and treble; I want a knob.
Last, there is a weird configuration for using banana plugs for my speakers.

Had to return it kept cutting off the volume - it took three service calls (which we had to pay for) to determine the receiver was defective or just not just powerful. It was past the 30 days so stuck with this receiver after buying a new Sony one and another service call.

It works great and really is a good intro-level receiver. However, I had to do a lot of Google search to get HDR work properly. It turned out there is a hidden menu for that, which isn't mentioned at all in either the start-up guide or the online user manual.
