    Best Buy sold me a product that had a missing zone button on the back and my installation couldn’t be fulfilled properly and I can’t return the receiver. It’s past the return. When I bought the open box it said good condition. It should’ve said part was missing so I blame Best Buy. The geek squad was great and brought it to my attention but the store reference was awful so what are you gonna do about it replace it or not

    Great receiver. I have had nothing but Onkyo equipment for the last 35 years and it never fails me. I have never had a bit of trouble with anything they creat.

    The sound goes in and out but I'm sure that's my wiring. Other than that the connections are not consistent which I didn't enjoy.

    This item stopped working after a few weeks. Was amazing at first then will only stay on for a few minutes then shut itself off. I had to go back to my old receiver.
