The equipment has performed well. Quality is great.

Nice piece, terrible set up. It requires you to have a special TV to set it up. Not even geek squad could do anything, because the special setting you need on the TV isnt listed on the fuxking televisions specs! Just get a Bluetooth sender and forget this expensive crap. Worthless.

hooked this up, turned it on, it shut itself off after 30 seconds. did a reset, same thing, had to take it back, and they didnt have another, so I ended up spending ANOTHER 200 on a Sanyo receiver.

Returned 2 of these. Both quit 2 days into playing. Bought jbl ma510 works great

I thought this was an upgrade from my Yamaha but First day out the box after hooking everything up. I wasn’t pleased and the receiver was not cutting on after 1st use and now I continue to half that issue it’s not over heating it just doesn’t cut back on after normal use. This is a 7 channel and I’m only use 5. In hindsight I should’ve just stuck with the Yamaha receiver. Now I trying to it serviced by an authorized Onkyo dealer just after not even one month of using it.

Not what I expected from Onkyo and not for me. I traded it in for the Sony

Didn’t work out of the box. No error messages or anything. Just clicks to turn on the power off. Tried multiple outlets, tried with no speakers.

Looked great the open box description said excellent and the outside was but hooked it up and did not turn on that’s why it’s getting a one star. was a bummer but it was easy to return

I bought this new, put it in storage while I built my house— after I completed my house, I plugged it up and it started smoking. I found out Best Buy gave me the wrong model number, but it was still new and Although Bestbuy corrected the receipt, Onkyo Thought it was suspicious and wouldn’t honor the one year warranty because Best Buy gave me the receipt too quickly.

Was not what I was able to use with my components.

Right out of box ; No sound. Double and triple checked settings and new cables. Not at all happy with Onkyo and Bestbuy. Returning it tomorrow. Going to try Denon.

It is under power not loud at all not very happy with it wish I would have got something else so whatever you do don’t buy this

Its an ok receiver meaning the sound does not pack a punch like i thought it would. i have to turn the volume up most of the way. Thats a deal breaker for me!!

Lasted 2 weeks and stopped working. Tried to do a reset and nothing.
