This is an excellent microwave with a lot of interior space despite not having a large exterior. We use in on the counter in our small kitchen, but it can be used as a built in if you purchase the "skirt" for the facing. It has plenty of space for ventilation and is very efficient.

My first delivery came badly damaged in the box and the replacement was a hassle free no brainer that came within just a week. L-O-V-E the replacement and the service I received. Two Thumbs Up to Best Buy on their customer service and the microwave is amazing

Well, microwave has been fine for two years. Just now it stopped working. Display shows code H98, which apparently means it is dead. Would cost more to have it repaired that to just buy a new one. Sad that appliances these days are disposable and have short lifespans. My last microwave was a cheapie and it lasted over ten years…go figure. I would definitely NOT recommend this microwave, unless you are looking for something that works well, but not for long.

The inside top of the microwave peeled badly. Bad shape. This was after we also had to get a new glass tray because it broke in half.

Have had no real problems. The one time it didn't seem to work, I checked the manual and learned I needed to unplug, wait 10 seconds, and plug it in again. That fixed it. Much like using Windows on a computer.

This is one of the top rated Microwaves by Consumer Reports, and it definitely lives up to the description. Highly recommended and Best Buy delivered (as promised) on two days without shipping charges.

The turntable sits on the microwave bottom making the cook surface an even higher reach. The glass turntable is a large, heavy lift, increasing chances it will be accidentally broken when it's removed for cleaning. The turntable ring moves freely so it has to be repositioned when the glass turntable is replaced. The control screen cannot be read when kitchen lighrs are on. Controls for lower levels of cooking are unnecessarily complex. Consumer Reports recommended the model with its inverter, which provides a new level of cooking--microwave roasting. Use conventional microwave frozen food cooking instuctions at your own risk.

We had the error code H97 (power supply) failure exactly one week after the one year warranty expired. It worked fine for the year with light use. The repair shop even told us to get a new microwave rather than spend $250 to fix it. $170 is not worth a years use of a microwave.

I purchased this microwave because my old 14-year-olds 2.0 cubic feet 1200 w was not heating as fast as it did in the past, this new microwave 1.6 cubic feet 1250 w does not heat any faster maybe more evenly but not faster, like heating up a cup of coffee , other than that I'm satisfied with the simplicity and even cooking in other words no hot spots

Purchased this based on the high reviews and got 2 1/2 years of service out of it before I noticed smoke coming out from the interior side vent. Unplugged it and back in the market for a new microwave.

Great deal on this microwave to replace a previous model. Advertised as "like new" and it was!

The clock is washed out and impossible to read in ordinary room light or at an angle. It is very difficult to replace the glass turntable after removing it for cleaning. Never had these problems with our old GE microwave. Otherwise, as a microwave it performs well. Only beeps when finished, then goes silent. No reminder beeps.

I love my new microwave. It cooks evenly and food is nice and hot in the center.

Nice feature -- when you set up the microwave you can choose to have it NOT beep as you are setting it. Great. I chose that. The first time I burned my dinner while using the timer, I thought I had fallen asleep or something and just not heard the timer. The second time it happened, my daughter didn't hear the timer go off either. Turns out when you select the "no beep" option, THE TIMER DOESN"T BEEP EITHER. How stupid is that?

Panasonic is supposed to be quality branch. But my last purchase of this Microwave lasted only two and half years. H98 error code showing up one day after a light use, which means the component that produces the microwaves is fried and no way to fix.

After using it for only 3 weeks, it displayed error code H97, which means the power supply had failed.

This microwave was defective from the start. Best Buy was prompt in refunding my purchase.

Had it for about 2 months. Only person who uses and not used that much. Today it just stopped. Unplugged and plugged back in. Not working. Checked and it is not the circuit. Hopefully I can return.
