On Sunday 9/25/17 I stood in front of the mice with my phone out reading the reviews. The 5* reviews for this mouse described at as the best wireless mouse and the 1* reviews complained of connectivity problems. Being the optimist I sided with the 5* reviews. What a mistake. The mouse has horrific connectivity problems and the only way to reconnect the mouse on both PC and Mac is to disassociate the mouse with the system and then re-synchronize the mouse with the system. I tried to play PLAYERUNKNOWN's Battlegrounds (PUBG) duo with the mouse on a high performance system and it was disastrous. My friend and I had to hide out in a cabin while I uninstalled the mouse then re-associated it with the PC. There was absolutely no reason for the mouse to cut out mid-game like that. It cost us the round. Later I had to edit a 50+ page word document and it cut out mid-scroll down the page. I gave up at this point and returned to using the Mighty Mouse. Subsequently, today on 9/25/2017 I returned this mouse to Best Buy and bought the MX MASTER 2S Logitech mouse - yes it is $50 more expensive but so far it is 100% reliable in both PUBG and word processing. DO NOT BUY this mouse.

I love the feel, and the design, but after a few months the mouse keeps freezing up, or a delay in button response. To reset I must take the battery’s out and put back in, and everything is fine for a little bit but will freeze up again a short time later. I’ve put new battery’s in and still does the same thing. I will look for a USB version of this but not the Bluetooth version.

I purchased this mouse in store without the advantage of reading the reviews first. I used it for about a month and all was fine. Upon changing the batteries, the mouse now makes a high pitched noise that is absolutely unbearable. In addition, it doesn't stay connected through Bluetooth. While it is a very comfortable mouse to use, I cannot get over the other two issues--more so the noise--to continue to use it. Not good Best Buy!!!

Used it for a day. Came back a day or two later and found the batteries dead. No big deal, replaced the batteries -- then I get this high pitched whining from the mouse. Came back to use the mouse a few days later and guess what? Batteries were dead once again. Replaced the batteries again, whining still there but you have to listen carefully. Apparently you have to remember to turn off the mouse. If I'd known that I would not have bought this. This is no-name brand with *no* support. Buy at your own risk.

After approximately six weeks the mouse began making a high pitched whirring noise that made it impossible to use at home or any other quiet environment.

Seems like a good product, great comfort and build quality. The only problem is it doesn't work at all. I am using it on a mac and the mouse constantly jumps around the screen or decides to invert the direction randomly before it stops working altogether. Happens every two minutes and I've only had the mouse for a week. Really disappointed.

Constantly disconnects and then I have to fight to get it reconnected. For the five minutes or so that it stays connected, it works great. Buyer beware: DO NOT BUY THIS MOUSE. I've made a LOT of regrettable purchases over my life, but this one takes the number one spot.

Thought I'd splurge and get a "quality" mouse. I have barely even used it, and then it started making a high pitched whine and simply would not work anymore. I did not drop or rough handle this mouse in any way. There went $50 down the drain!

ONLY right, left and scroll buttons are working on Mac. Rest of the button are NOT. Just call support and they confirmed that all buttons are only for Windows and only 3 buttons are for Mac.

No longer connects. Cant even find a good manual online. I work in the IT industry so understand troubleshooting.
