Geek squad car audio installer was very helpful and tried his best. Although he wasn’t successful in installing my radar detector in my car seems that no one else can either. But they tried and we’re very helpful.

Set appointment for same day as pick up at 1pm. Was told by service tech I am not in system for install, even though they called me a day ahead to confirm appointment. Was told when I picked up the item to take around to service bay that I was kicked out the system. I pay for the tech plan. Not so great service. Really not sure what I'm paying for??? A must to reevaluate.

Garland location could not install my hardwire radar detector. Installer was honest about not wanting to touch Audi vehicles up front and did advise of different location that could install my request.

How stupid can you be.
2 hrs on the phone to schedule an appointment for a radar detector installation. Then Avery after resisting doin the order to start with sends the part to the wrong store.
I drive 2 hours thru heavy traffic leaving work early to find my part is not at the Avon store in Indianapolis but in Richmond MN.
Just unbelievably incompetent staff. Just astounding!!

Horrible horrible horrible!!! Manager is totally incompetent! Came for install but technician left! Didn’t bother to call me so I didn’t waste my time! Then refunded my purchase instead of rescheduling! This guy should loose his job complete utter nonsense!

They made me pay for service before checking to see if they could even install a dash cam on my car (pro tip: they won’t install dash cams on ANY BMW apparently). The real problem is they made it a huge hassle to get my money back (over 1h on the phone then had to drive to Best Buy in person, wait in 2 separate lines).
