truthfully I don't remember a portable gps radar detect. Can you all be a bit more descriptive as to what this product was?

Set appointment for same day as pick up at 1pm. Was told by service tech I am not in system for install, even though they called me a day ahead to confirm appointment. Was told when I picked up the item to take around to service bay that I was kicked out the system. I pay for the tech plan. Not so great service. Really not sure what I'm paying for??? A must to reevaluate.

Garland location could not install my hardwire radar detector. Installer was honest about not wanting to touch Audi vehicles up front and did advise of different location that could install my request.

Took my 2016 Challenger into Best Buy to get a Radar Detector installed. The technician had to first finish his Facebook post and take a personal call before acknowledging that I was there. It seemed to take a long to for the install, maybe around two hours. After the install was done, the tech informed me he cracked one of my panels and that he would order another one. He said he would call when it came in. After a month and no call, I called them and they said the part was there and ready to be installed. The second tech finished the job quickly.

The agent wasn't friendly and don't have any customer service

How stupid can you be. 2 hrs on the phone to schedule an appointment for a radar detector installation. Then Avery after resisting doin the order to start with sends the part to the wrong store. I drive 2 hours thru heavy traffic leaving work early to find my part is not at the Avon store in Indianapolis but in Richmond MN. Just unbelievably incompetent staff. Just astounding!!

Camera does not always engage when vehicle is placed in reverse

They used electrical tape to attach wires under dash, in 1 week i had wires hanging down.

app needs more work, not that friendly that easy to navigate.

Horrible horrible horrible!!! Manager is totally incompetent! Came for install but technician left! Didn’t bother to call me so I didn’t waste my time! Then refunded my purchase instead of rescheduling! This guy should loose his job complete utter nonsense!
