My Rexing M2 Max Pro was installed beautifully, dare I say perfectly. The rearview mirror/dashcam, backup/rearview camera, and GPS were all hardwired to my car, and they function as intended. None of the wires show besides where they plug into the cameras, and I honestly have no idea where they hid all of the wires. However, what was supposed to take 1.5 hours took 5.5 hours. An extra 4 hours is an extraordinary amount of time without a car, and the techs never reached out to let me know it was going to take longer. I was also travelling from out of town since my local tech was out, so this threw off my day. Overall, the installation result itself was flawless, but the length of my service and lack of communication tainted the process. (I had a Rexing M2 Pro Max installed into a 2012 Ford Focus SEL.)

The agents, installed my front and dash cam. They also showed me how to use it before leaving, and asked me if i had any other questions about it so that they can help.

The installation was unsuccessful and caused my interior to come loose!

So my brother bought me a set from Amazon for Christmas for a backup camera with rearview mirror monitor to have installed aftermarket in my 2013 Kia Forte. I wasted no time in scheduling an appointment with the local Best Buy Geek Squad to have this installed over the weekend. They said to allow anywhere from 2-4 hours to have this ready (it was done WAY ahead of schedule). The Geed Squad technician was so knowledgeable and so efficient. The installation was perfect and the end result looked like there was no aftermarket work done whatsoever. I tried out my new tech and instantly upon shifting into reverse, the rearview monitor would engage the backup camera and show the digital display with the tri-colored parking lines. AMAZING work! And Geed Squad will stand behing their installation should anything go wrong. Highly recommend this service. I actually intend to utilize them again in the very near future for my mother's car.

My backup works great. However, it took (double the advertised time to install) almost four hours to install. There seem to be problems with finding a source of power for the camera. The biggest problem had to do with the technician not concentrating on getting my install completed. He kept walking away from the project. Wasted too much time while doing the job. But, it works as advertised. The technician needs to stay on task and finish the job more quickly.

All the other places/shop quoted me twice the price. It was easy and quick

I wanted to get an backup cam installed, my appointment was at 1 pm. Service took well over 5 hour to preform and when service was done the tech left my car with wires hanging out of the back and the cam DID NOT WORK!!!!! The ceiling to my Prius was missing Fastener Clips and the tech punch whole in the gasket to route wires, when it should have been routed though it. Needless to say I'M NOT HAPPY WITH THIS SERVICE. On the other hand, this experience has made me see how important it is to user REAL Professionals to work on your car.

I purchased my MR2 4k rear view mirror camera from Best Buy, scheduled my appointment for Friday May 30th arrived 30 minutes early @12:30 for my 1 pm appointment and it never happened, I also received a text to confirm my appointment! Arrived and attempted to check-in and was told that they don’t have a technician to install a $200 purchase and the installation was $180 dollar. And that I must reschedule and go to Tallahassee Florida for this installation so I wasted five hours today for this inconvenience. That wasn’t my fault. It was Best Buy’s fault so now they must make up for this. I would prefer a geek technician come to my home and install this purchase. I was so inconvenient.

I had a backup camera installed. The wiring was done completely wrong sadly enough. It goes from the trunk then down and thru the CENTER of my back seat area - I drive for Lyft and Uber and passenger can easily get their foot caught in it, pull it, and possibly break it. Because it was done that way, there all of A sudden wasn’t enough cable length to reach the mounting spot. I had to then schedule a second appointment because they didn’t have the extender cable in stock. Also tried to ring me up for a charging cable that was 30 dollars!!! They sold the same cable but from a different manufacturer for half that cost. They also did not wire the rear view trigger cable correctly. The backup lines don’t generate on the display when in reverse like it’s supposed to. I paid 150 bucks for this service and definitely did not receive 150 worth of service. Frustrating. But hey least the dude doing it was kinda cute.

Im a little upside cause they didn't put my rubber piece back on my door correctly. Its to hard for me to do it. Also my camera randomly loses signal.

The technicians were professional, fast, friendly, asked about my needs with the installation. They completed the job, and actually worked past closing time to finish it thoroughly, clean and professionally. My sons' truck came out fantastic. Thank you

When we bought our 2016 van it did not with back up camera. We had the dealer install the echomaster . They did a terrible job and it stopped working after A few months. The dealer paid for us to get new one I nstalled. Geek squad did an excellent job. Important to have good installation. Problem it was hard Getting an appointment . Took 3 weeks. Do it on line . They are very hard to reach by phone.

They said about 1 1/2 to install, it was a little less, they did the work very professional and gave the car back very clean and ready to go

They did an excellent job installing my dash cams, you’d never know it was there and they did it very quickly!

Agents were very professional and kind. Would highly recommend using them. Cleaned up their work, walked me through items, etc.
