As a musician, I was thrilled with the wonderful sound. And, this was easy to set up! While we wanted to wire these Bluetooth speakers to our turntable, which we did, the Bluetooth works so well with my Sirius app to connect with the speakers. Could not be happier. Great buy. Well worth the price!

I had a set of Klipsch Promedia 2.1 THX speakers that I abused for about 20 years until the foam insert around the woofer split. After replacing the foam insert and A/B comparing them to these I would definitely choose these powered bookshelf speakers! I don't have a sub yet to round out the 2.1 system upgrade, but these sound pretty good by themselves. They rock harder and louder than the Promedia system. They produce a respectable amount of bass for what they are when turned up and EQed. These guys are pretty versatile for inputs and adding a sub. I am using SPDIF from Desktop PC, these sound phenominal! The Beatles song While My Guitar Gently Weeps playing through these makes me weepy because they sound great! If you just want a 2.0 system with no sub I would look at the RP-51 bookshelf speakers if you prefer a bit more bass but don't need or want subwoofer levels of bass or don't want to deal with a subwoofer.

Went to Best Buy with the intention of getting a pair of bookshelf speakers for a medium size bedroom turned office space, and planned on spending $125 - $150. While I found options in this area, none sounded close to these Klipsch which were in the $320 range. I have the powered Klipsch hooked to my direct drive Audio Technia turntable and primarily play classic rock albums. The sound is great and crisp in a room roughly 18' x 18', and the volume would likely fill a room twice the size. The remote control is a plus. I would have regretted saving a bit of money to sacrifice a great set of speakers.

My first Klipsch speakers and very happy with product. Perfect fit for a small room/ office. I used mostly on my laptop to play music and Youtube. speakers are prefect size for my desk and beautiful to look at. Speakers have great clarity for the spoken word and enjoyable crsipiness for music just can't play very loud. Then I should upgrade speakers. Love the many different audio connections, bluetooth , optical . Hooked up laptop, tablet, smartphone and record player with no issues. I evened connected speakers to my Audio Technica bluetooth record player with no issues. Really enjoying speakers. great buy.

Very happy with these. We use them in a medium sized room maybe 15x20 and wanted more than bluetooth noisemakers, and a complement to our old style setup with radio, CD, receiver, old style speakers. We are not serious audiophiles. SUPER easy bluetooth setup (I have a lot of bluetooth headphones and speaker and heart monitors and this is the best). Sound is rich although sometimes echo-y. We use the Apple Music EQ that comes with iPhone and the tone varies a lot between library, Apple radio, broadcast radio (over wi-fi). This could be because Apple Music is tuned for headphones? You might want your own equalizer app. The heft and dials and cabinet and instructions all feel like Klipsch high quality.

These speakers sound really good for their size. Volume is not a problem even for a large room. They have a bass setting you can use which makes the bottom end come alive. Multiple ways to input your music.

I bought these as an open-box item in *excellent* condition. The first shipment was a disappointment. No accy's and all scratched up. Back they went. BB was very good in understanding the issue. I had to re-order again. And this time it was in excellent condition. The speakers tend to be on the high. I would recommend you also get a sub-woofer. It does so much to the experience! I like that the remote lets you change the bass-level. I use it all the time. I also connected my Google Home Mini smart-speaker to the unit. Any speech would still come from the Mini but the music would be played through the Klipsch speaker via Bluetooth. Love the product!

Let me begin by saying that I'm using these as my near field desktop speakers set beside a 34" curved monitor. I'm also using them in conjunction with the 10" Klipsch powered subwoofer set on the floor about 4" from the wall. I'm sending signal to them from my pc using an EVGA Nu Audio card via the toslink digital link. These speakers have a warm sound to them and as such I've adjusted my equalizer to offload the deeper bass frequencies to the sub. This allows more of the mids and highs to come through, however, they are not bright like some other speakers in this space. With the sub they sound great but if they could reproduce more detail in the upper mids and highs I'd give them 5 stars. Music sounds great and if they could just produce more detail in the upper mids and highs I've rate them higher. Center is dead on and the sound stage is good but not as good as that of using a pair of open back headphones like Beyerdynamic DT990 Pro's. I primarily listen to symphonic metal with lots of rapid transitions and these speakers are able to stay with them without becoming boomy like ported speakers are notorious for doing. I've only played two games using them. In BF3 it becomes difficult to locate enemies and I am hard pressed to isolate sound direction. In World of Warships they sound fabulous and I adore the rumble when a battleship unleashes its arsenal of 16" shells. Impacts are well expressed as are sounds like deck fires, enemy aircraft and their weapons. I watched a blu-ray movie using PowerDVD and discovered that I had to uncheck dolby encoding in the sound properties before the signal would play right through these speakers. Otherwise they hiss and make other horrible sounds. With that said they are the best sounding desktop speakers I've ever used. My first Klipsch speakers were the Pro Media 5.1's and they had no equal in the desktop space. I've also owned their towers, center and rear surrounds and all of them have been of excellent construction. Sound is very subjective and it took me listening to these speakers in the store to appreciate them as I'd already dismissed them. Hearing them changed my mind and I immediately purchased them. I would strongly suggest that you listen to any speakers that you might be considering before you commit to them. Bottom line is that I really like these speakers and will be keeping them.

Bought these for use in our 20' x 20' living room, along with a Klipsch R-8SW (which I had to buy elsewhere because Best Buy doesn't carry it...? hmmm...). Anyway, I've owned Klipsch before, and they're almost always awesome. These are no exception. Easy to set up, work as expected, simple to use, look amazing, and sound even better. I was afraid these wouldn't cut it in our living room and considered getting the bigger R-51PM, but these are stellar. I could have waited for a sale, but I paid full price and, to me, they're worth every penny.

I originally bought a pair of Kanto YU4s by recommendation on alot of online forums. However, I found them to sound very flat and have no presence. Even adding the SUB8 didn't really save the sound of the speakers themselves. Enter the Klipsch 41s! These are just spectacular. The faux wood grain looks great, and the sound is rich and full. Get really loud without distorting. Pairing them with the 10" sub just puts a cherry on top. Got these on a good sale. Definitely look out for drops in price.

I bought these speakers to use in our master bedroom (18x14)with our tv. It’s a larger room and was unsure if the small size would be underpowered. I was pleasantly surprised. These speakers are full bodied and loud. Much better than any soundbar I’ve had before. If you are wanting ground pounding bass, look somewhere else. If you are wanting a great, easy to set up speaker that delivers at all volume levels these are it.
