Good size, sound, bad possible drivers/firmware

Like the look and sound of these monitors, currently using them with my PC. I will say they are lacking bass but that would be expected for a 4" speaker. They get plenty loud. I removed one star because I have a weird issue at times that seems to be because of the firmware/drivers and windows 10. Every once in a while while in game I get some freezing. I am still working on finding the exact cause but seems to be related to these new speakers.

These sound excellent. They have a subwoofer out connection so you can hook them to a subwoofer if you choose to, which I did, but it is not absolutely necessary. You can enjoy these just fine without a subwoofer - just place them closer to the wall to increase bass and it's just fine. I like the fact that they have so many input connections - bluetooth, aux in, phono, computer USB, optical so you can hook up all your equipment to them.

Has a good sound to them and it works well paired with a subwoofer just wish they had a crossover built in like the Vanatoo’s that limits the bass to them when using a subwoofer. They are still a good start up pair of speakers for any desktop system with or without a subwoofer. I ended up getting me a pair of Vanatoo Transparent One Encores and I gave these Klipsch Reference R-41PMs to my son so he would have a nice set up for his gaming computer.

Purchased these on sale and for the price these are exceptional! Plus, the sound gets better the more they are used as they slowly break in. They are primarily used as TV speakers and work nicely as such. Clean setup and aesthetics and are a much better alternative to a soundbar in terms of sound quality. I like that we can add a sub down the road if we choose to, however, the bass is impressive already for their current purpose. Highly recommended, especially at a sales price!

These are great sounding speakers that are just small enough to be used as desktop computer speakers. The sound is well-balanced. Connectivity is comprehensive unlike some competitors. The Only downside is that the Dynamic Bass EQ is the default setting which must be manually defeated at start-up.

Im not 20 anymore so i dont need to rattle the windows, but still want the sound to be somewhat loud with a clear, crisp sound. These klipsch do the job! They are hooked up by bluetooth to my Audio Technica bluetooth turntable. They paired immediately and the sound is great. Now looking to get the subwoofer to inhance the sound a little more. In small room and fit perfectly.

Bought these for my turntable. Opted to plug them in direct to the turntable and not use the bluetooth option. But having that option is a plus. The sound is great with the right blend of treble and bass. I listen to a lot of Jazz so my experience with these speakers has been mostly through my Jazz LP's. They can get loud too. If you need to pump the volume. Also the added addition of a remote is also nice.

The power and overall sound of these bookshelf speakers are amazing. They are not as powerful as the larger floor standing speakers, but when you are in a small space these will fill the room with a crisp, clear sound quite nicely. And they can get loud too. Very loud and yet they don’t really rattle the walls or floors. Great for apartment living (if you like your neighbors)

These speakers are wonderful. I live in a small apartment and have recently sold my surround sound system, So now I listen to my music through my PC. These speakers sound great and was surprised at how good and clear the bass is. Very versatile you can use them with your TV, Ipod, phone, turntable and pc. For some the price may be an issue, but for me they are worth every penny.

I have these paired with an Asus Strix DLX sound card in my PC and mono price 10inch subwoofer. I have them on isolation pads about 3ft away from my head on my desk. I turn off the digital bass manager and use sonic studio for any EQ. Mostly use these for music and gaming. If you can afford these buy them.! They are the most clear well balanced monitors I have ever used in this size/power range. I often turn them down very low at night and they perform just as well at low volumes as well as blasting them at full power. The range is almost unbelievable. They sound so good I haven’t put on my headphones since buying these monitors. To highlight this point my current headphone setup. Mayflower DAC amp combo and Beyerdynamic dt990 pro or Sennheiser HD6xx. The price is very high but these showcase absolutely gorgeous craftsmanship and extremely high quality tuning and sound clarity. I am so impressed I am looking at thee offerings from this manufacturer but I am going to need a lottery win.

Bought open-box excellent condition and they are great. Wanted these for the built in phono preamp to plug straight into a turntable and save space. I've used the USB, phono, bluetooth, and Aux inputs, all working well, nice to have options. I paired these with the R-100SW 10" sub to fill out the low end. I like the remote too.

I have had my eye on these a while, reference bookshelf speakers to paid with my DAC for use on the computer. You dont have to use a DAC, as it has all sorts of imputs, even bluetooth. Wait for them to go on sale, one of those things that goes on sale all the time for 30% off or something crazy. they sound great too
