We had Jebodiah at the Centennial location install a remote start kit into my boyfriends truck. We got the truck back in less than he quoted time despite he, being heavily booked. They even called to ask if they could fix a small interior tear in the truck for us. They walked us through on how to use the new system, and even though again they were booked with a ton of customers, we never felt rushed out the door. Will definitely be using them to put both a sound system and a remote start into my vehicle

CompuStar 4102 remote start installed by Greek Squad. My wife loves her new remote start especially the two way remote that lets her see if the car has responded. Works from a reasonably long distance and is straight forward to operate. Install was quicker than anticipated. Paid an additional $10 for under hood switch but I was told that when I called for the appointment. Installer was friendly & professional. Gave me a helpful tutorial and I was good to go. Will likely buy another for my truck next time they're on sale.

I always wanted a remote starter. Picture it, you are in Best Buy shopping around, looking at different tech while your car sits out in the sun getting hotter and hotter. You walk out the door, hit the remote start and the AC is started and the car is cooled off by the time you get there. Or close to it here in South Carolina. The technician that installed it for me was excellent. Explained the features at the end and did an excellent job. Very happy with this one

I was going to purchase a different model starter but with talking with the installer at best but he suggested highly this brand. I did look it up after talking with him to confirm model was great and decided to purchase it. My wife loves it and the one feature she really likes verses the other model she had on an older car is the remote allows you to see it did actually start. She is some distance from the car to her office so with the older model never really knew if it did start or not.

My car was broken into and my ignition was destroy and eventhough I didn't want to spend a lot of money for a fancy alarm. I was able to purchase a simple alarm and Joe at BestBuy installed it for me and he explain how to use the alarm and assure me that if I run into any problem to come back and he will make it right. So far I have no issue and a peace of mind that if someone feel like breaking into my car again the whole neighborhood will hear it.

I've been a Best Buy customer for as long as I can remember. From appliances to computers, they have the best products at the best prices or else they'll match any competitor price without hassle. The have exclusive laptops from leading manufacturers. From Chrome books to Elite laptops, there is something for everyone. Their Geek Squad Service is also a great service and is worth the purchase to protect and service you products. Good stuff.

Total install took about 3.5 hours and that was after they said they were running behind. I had to tell them everything I wanted even though i had entered that info when signing up for a time online. I had asked online for my rear defrost to be able to be turned on but didnt mention when i was there and it did not get installed but didnt end up paying for it either.

Pros: great price, small compact remote(s), smooth and consistent start-up. Cons: The two-way confirmation is only comes in one of the two provided remotes. Can not bypass push to start ignition, car turns off when you open the door. (disclosed before purchasing) Overall: great product, great service by autotech, very happy with purchase

I don't like having to add another key fob to start my car but it works. I bought this for my wife and daughter on those colds mornings, just knowing this helps them was well worth the price I paid and some. I shopped around in Amarillo, TX before my purchase at other locations, the competition had the install and product price at almost triple what I paid.

Purchased my remote start online and it was shipped to my house. After recieving my remote start I went online and easily set up my appointmet. I had to change my appointment after and they were very accomidating. Once at the install area, the installer was very good to work with. When the vehicle was complete they called and I went back to Best Buy where the installer explained everything to me. Great experience.

Overall, I am very pleased with this product. The only downside is I did not realize that I still needed my regular remote to drive the car. I had assumed the one remote would do it all. I have enjoyed the remote start during the winter months though, so it is a small inconvenience. The service was great and install was smooth.

These guys were spectacular. I purchased a remote car starter system. When I brought it in for installation, the guys realized I had a factory remote starter already in place, which I did not know about. They were honest about it, which one would expect but isn't always the case in our world today, and processed everything for me. I was out the door in 15 minutes. Thank you, Geek Squad and Best Buy!

I was very pleased with the car remote start installation. The crew was super friendly and very knowledgeable. There was a small glitch with the starter which they were able to guide me through it over the phone right away. The only thing I have to complain about is getting through to talk to them. Took me 1 hour to finally talk with the right person that was able to transfer my call to them.

What was suppose to be a 4 hour job turned into a overnight car keep and a two day job. The technician could not get it to work after keeping the car all day and night. He ordered another one and finally got it to work a week later. This cost me uber fares the first two days. This was a birthday present for my daughter on her vehicle.

Car alarms today tap into your whole car system. They not only disable your ignition but also your fuel pump, control your door locks and lights. If one thing goes wrong in all that wiring, it will leave your car totally disabled which is what happened to me. The harness came loose leaving me stranded after dark with little kids. You really have to consider the possibility that something could go wrong and be prepared. The store went out of their way to correct the problem and research other problems I was having. I have no issues there. The store went out of their way to make sure I was happy at the end. I should have better informed myself about how the alarm works with regard to the problems I would have to deal with if something went wrong. Today's alarms do a lot more than just alert you when the door is tampered with so beware. The alarm was the basic one way viper alarm with installation and warranty

This is a good remote starter. The range although is not what I expected. With no obstacles I can start my car only from around 1000 ft. I am not sure if this has to do with installation, but I do see that the car remains unlocked for 5 seconds once I remote start it and then locks itself. That’s my only concern.

My new COMPUSTAR Remote Start is outstanding. It has such great range and runs for 30 minutes before shutting off. It locks and unlocks from such a long range I can't believe it. I've had previous cars and put remote start on at dealerships that didn't work as far away or good as this COMPUSTAR. So far only good things to say about this system. Only problem is the weather hasn't been bad enough to use it very much...lol...I am sure I will get a lot of use in the future however. Great to be able to start car as I get ready for work or just before leaving to go home and have windows clear and inside toasty warm when I get in the car. The remote works great and highly recommend to all.

Low cost option, the product works, it took two months to get an appointment and after it was installed, no one talked to us about how to work the product, but it isn't super complicated, so we were able to figure it out and they were busy. Overall I'm happy. I will take cheap and good over fast anyday.

Installer was great. Superior knowledge, probably one of the best installers that I have came across. Purchased a brand new 2018 Toyota Camry SE, even though Viper doesn't have proper install guides on the vehicle since it's so new, installer went above and beyond figuring out if it could work, and it did. Looks like the vehicle wasn't even touched, very clean and neat work!
