Not for large projects

I purchased this scanner for a large project to scan in over 1,000 pages. Initially it did wonderful scanning both sides flawlessly. After a couple of hundred, it kept losing my high speed wireless connection so I plugged into USB. They I kept having to clean it frequently due to dust warnings. The program is much improved over my older model 1100.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
