Excellent Bargain Both Video and Audio!

The rechargable battery last for about a month of continual use! I bought an extra rechargeable battery, so I can continue to use the camera and speakers are great on this camera, too! Great Bargain! It takes about 5 minutes to scan, mount on concrete wall and ready to use! Battery is fully charged.

It has exceeded our expectations, in regards to providing us added security, by providing us the ability to see what is outside, capture and review images, and most of all the ability to communicate with others outside the house from anywhere. We love it and look forward to adding more ring products soon.

Great picture and the battery life seems good. It holds two rechargeable batteries but we are working off of one and its doing fine. Set up was easy too.

I purchased the solar charger and don’t have to get on a ladder to change a battery. This camera is motion activated and you can turn on the lights from you phone at night for great view of area.

It has high quality video and audio with new features. I had bought this one to replace an old gen 1 that ive gad for about 4-5 years. I highly recommend this wifi camera because you can move it to wherever you want. I have a ring solar panel connected to this camera. Best security camera ever!

It alerts us for everything from squirrels to moose. We also use the 2-way speaker when folks stop in since we only have wifi and no cell service. We chose this due to remote management is easy and batteries anre ann aoption. It all works very well after 2 years with ring.

I had to purchase another battery to hold both slots, hopefully the batter will last a little longer, otherwise, I'll have to purchase the solar panel. Camera has a good picture, very footage. Easy to assemble.

Having longevity in a battery-powered security device is crucial when it comes to monitoring your home, especially if you are away for long periods of time. We are here to provide you with some education to resolve the battery life issue you mentioned in your review.
It sounds like you are enjoying the features your Ring Spotlight Cam Plus has to offer, but the battery life is not what you expected. There are some troubleshooting steps that you can take to ensure that you have your device set up for optimal battery-life performance. The more events captured by your Ring devices, the more your battery is used. Using "Live View" can also drain your battery faster. If your device is capturing an excessive number of events each day, you may need to recharge your battery sooner.
To prevent excessive activity, under "Motion Settings" for your device in the Ring app, you can:
Adjust your "Motion Sensitivity" slider to a lower sensitivity.
Redraw your "Customizable Motion Zones."
Change "Motion Frequency" to regularly or periodically.
You could also adjust the direction of your Ring device so it doesn't detect as much motion.
You can go to "Power Settings" in the Ring app to see what features may be draining your battery.
To access "Power Settings," open the Ring app:
Tap the menu (≡) on the top left of the dashboard.
Tap "Devices."
Tap the individual device (video doorbell or security camera) you want to check.
Tap "Power Settings" to check your "Battery Level" percentage and "Feature Power Usage."
Tap a feature to adjust "Snapshot Capture," "Motion Frequency," and "Video Recording Length.".
