I used to have the S8 Pro Max, but I have to say, this one is so much better! It feels like a completely new robot vacuum—nothing is really the same as its predecessor. I absolutely love the new auto-vacuum system—it has a separate port that efficiently removes the dust, so there’s no mess at all! The dock is smaller and works much better than the previous model. At just $1,099.00 on sale, it’s definitely a great deal!

It does well on laminate floors. It will get stuck under bed if not careful. Floors do look better than before with the constant mop feature. I find that we must clean out all parts on the bottom weekly and empty the collection compartment daily because it does not go into the base unless it’s really fine particles.

It was time to upgrade from my old Roomba i3 and I’d been doing my research for a few months. I knew I wanted something that would vacuum AND mop, as I am a mom of two young kids, two dogs, and two cats. This thing not only does the job, but it CRUSHES the job. I don't have to worry about cleaning my floors anymore. Rocky is family now. Even the toddler talks to him. The self-emptying and self-cleaning is so useful. I love that it dries itself and you don’t have to worry about funky smells. My only question is why I waited so long to get one!

Works very well. Avoids obstacles better than previous models. Also quieter.

The vaccuum and mop combo is definitely great but it does not detect wires much and we need to make sure there are no wires lying around otherwise it gets stuck. Also, the extending arm does put some black marks on the wall which is a bit annoying. Everything else is great. The mapping works smoothly. It knows where exactly it is.

Life saving device. Reliable and does the job well. Floors have becer been cleaner. You must .aintain the device, as there are a lot of moving parts. My wife loves the driveable & "find my pet" features.

I have 2 different Roborock mop vacuums they are life changing when it comes to keeping floors clean! Can’t imagine going back to not having them.

Setting up the system was easy and quick! After running Rocky several times over the last few weeks I noticed the floors were completely clean of any dust or debris. I have recommended this vacuum system to others.

Meets all my expectations for what a robot vacuum/mop should be! Software is very responsive and extensive. Actual cleaning is good enough not enough to completely stop mopping but it definitely reduced the days I have to clean

I was hesitant between this and the new iRobot model, and I am so happy I purchased this model. The vacuuming is wonderful and the mopping does a near perfect job. This honestly saves a lot if time for me and am extremely pleased. Just be aware it does not come with the cleaning solution for the mop so you will have to purchase that separately. I highly recommend!!

The LiDAR and mapping software of this robot is amazing. It is really self-sufficient going back to the base to empty and wash them up. Really doesn’t excellent job. You can program it to clean specific rooms, program schedules, and even commanded by voice.

I have had this for three weeks now and my wife and I love it. We have a small-medium sized apartment (~1000sqft) with all vinyl floors. This guy really makes things easy. I was able to set cleaning schedules with the app which has really made a difference. We used to notice our socks getting dirty but no more. The app is fairly easy to use and the scheduling feature is great. If I had to find a few negatives: The bins for water are a bit on the small size as I have to change them about 2-3 times per week but this is due to the fact I have it mopping three times per week. Also, the voice features don't seem to work well but to be fair, I haven't really looked into using them. Overall it is a great product and has been a great experience for a first time robot vacuum user.

The robot vacuum and mop work flawlesly. The only downside is the navigation system sometimes dont work with complicated designed furniture. But I give it 100% satisfaction at this moment.

The overall cleaning and mopping is generally good. It does miss some spots at times. It does not pick up cat litter.

Roborock - S8 MaxV Ultra Robot Vacuum and Mop with FlexiArm Design Side Brush, 10,000 Pa Suction and 8-in-1 RockDock Ultra is good product but not a very smart as claimed online. Hardwood Surface cleaning is okayish, carpet cleaning is good.

Th I s is the best robot vacuum i've seen. Pefect for home and your time don't have much time for cleaning house. Cleaning very detail at corner and strong suction vacuum. The best of robot vacuum cleaner on the market. No need claenning the dock and the mop. High recommended for every one to buy. What you get what you pay.

I have owned other Roborock vacuums in the past and they are always great tools to help maintain a clean floor. This version of Roborock has been great. I read other reviews that mention issues with corners or edges not being that clean; this is not an issue for me. Hard to clean spots on the floor have been resolved by increasing the cleaning strength to max, and adding a second pass to the cleaning plan.
