Shouting from the rooftops to all my friends, "YOU NEED THIS!" As a busy wife and mother, my time is important and must be managed well. The Roborock has taken a huge load off me by eliminating my daily sweeping and allowing me to do a deep clean on my floors once or twice a month! We are even able to take it to our second floor and let it do those as well. With its edge detection, there's no fear of it tumbling down the stairs. We've even considering getting a second dock for the upstairs because we love it that much! Buy this ASAP.

We used to have the previous Gen model but that one eventually died. We picked up this on while it was in sale and definitely don’t regret our decision. It’s smarter for sure, and the obstacle avoidance is superb.

I really wanted to love this robot, but I could not justify the price tag for it. The small dustbin did not work well. While having my dog here, the bin just filled up way too fast. The unit does empty itself, but just when it goes back to charge, not when the bin is full. I think the mop on this one was just mediocre. I think the ones with the spinning mops do way better. I ended up returning it and getting the curve model. It is performing better, just also has a small bin.

I have had other brands of these BUT this Roborock is by far the best! BY FAR! Completely accurate mapping, never bumps permanent objects, reasonably quiet. Expensive but all I could ask for.

Purchased this after returning a shark robot vacuum. I am pleased to say that it's a great product and works better than I expected it to. The application is great and has a lot of options from spot cleaning to deep cleaning. The product feels and looks premium and also allows me to check on my pet remotely which is awesome. The only thing that I dislike about this product was that for some reason it would not connect to my wifi the first day that I got it. I was about to return it but I found out on online that it doesn't like WIFI passwords with special characters so I had to change it and reconnect all of my electronics to the Internet all over again. Other than that it's a great product. I would recommend trying to buy this when it's on sale though because I don't think it's worth 1700, I bought mine on sale for 1100.

I have 3 large cats so pet hair is a constant concern. I daily use the robot vacuum. Sometimes i use it twice a day. The only thing to be aware is becareful with loose cables,. Most of the time the machine recognizes the cables bur once in awhile the machine just run over the cable. One day it got stuck to a cable and i had to manually detangle the robot vacuum. Its not a dealbreaker, just be aware.

The Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra offers strong suction and advanced navigation, but its high price tag and bulky dock may not suit everyone. While hot water mop washing is innovative, it requires frequent maintenance. The built-in voice assistant is convenient, but smart features feel redundant if you're already using other home automation systems.

This is our third one. Roborock seems to be cutting corners on quality. Overall love this robot. Hate that you can’t save home map to the account rather than just each device. The side mopping arm goes out quickly and it can be a bit of a bear to clean. Wish it was better with smaller particles such as cat litter but overall does the job. The mop just kinda drags so it doesn’t truly clean

This has been a great purchase. I work long hours and do not want to spend my time off doing mostly housework. I’ve had other robot vacuums in the past, but nothing compares to this one. I’ve tried out both the vacuuming and the mopping and it does a great job. I have not had any problems with it getting stuck or tangled. Most of our electric cords are behind dressers and other furniture, but our old vacuums would seem to find a way to get caught anyway. This has lots of options on intensity of cleaning scheduling and mapping. You can even spot clean with us. The mapping is phenomenal. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anybody.

Second one I buy from Best Buy. The Roborock s8 ultra performs beautifully and doesn’t break the bank.

Perfect purchase for our tiled home in FL! We thought our floors were clean until our Roborock vacuumed and washed the floors for the first time! We dumped the dirty water reservoir and out came some really gray sludgy-looking water! Yay!

great vacuum, doesnt get stuck, mops great, tho it does sometimes take too long to dry and i can small like a "hot" burning thing, especially if water was too low and it drys for way too long. apps not great at telling water levels, until its already too empty. can review status live.

I have Roborock S8+, and I was satisfied with it. So I decided to buy the newer one for main first floor, and to move S8+ to the second floor. All good. Better than S8+, better to find corners, better avoidance to objects. But here is the one minor catch; too small water tank capacity. I run it twice a week. I got always notification that the water tank is empty in the middle of the second run. I expect I could fill in the water tanks every 6-8 runs, but only 2 runs. My first floor size is around 2100 sqft, and most of them are hard tile or wood floor.

Have been working good since I bought 3 months ago. My friends where questioning me of my spend of 1800 USD to buy this product which put me on worry. But finally happy with the product and worth spending. Bro go in IT I understand AI Roborock and how beautifully designed..

For this money i would expect the flexi arm to work way better, also navigation is not top notch anymore, that crown goes easily to eufy, object avoidance tech is not 1799 level, that being said.. mopping is good and app is indeed top notch.

Love it works amazing good for sweeping and even better at mopping!
