So far, so good. Some confusing controls. Overall good. Should have read reviews before purchase.

Geek Squad have been have trying to repair it, I was just told that its unrepairable. Now I have to go to the store and get an exchange or select a new one. The problem is I purchased a 5 year warranty for $99 and now i'm told I would have to purchase and additional warranty for a new product. It just doesn't seem fair.

Samsung advertised the unit with 2 lights under the unit, but what we received was a unit with one light that is no stronger than a childs night light. Fit and finsh is poor as well, with multiple dents visable in bright light. The keypad is difficult to use - not touch sensitive. We did ask Best Buy for a replacement but that unit was just as bad. By the way, the display unit had 2 lights, but was built earlier in 2016. Overall we're very disappionted with Samsung

I have had this microwave a few years now. I had it fixed once and had the same problem shortly after that. It it a complete fire hazard!!! It automatically sets the timer of increments of 7 all by itself . It will beep and show 7 seconds then beep and 77 seconds and so on. It does this with the door open or closed.. Worst thing ever

Nice microwave in the showroom. Getting my 3rd one installed next week. Problems with rotating plate and light bulb. Beware.

The ghost inside it randomly pushed number 7. Returned microwave, BB customer service was great.

It beeps and then it says start if you press start it will run for 7 seconds and then it comes right back on only way to get it to stop is to put it on econo mod its

Replaced with simple model, jut not worth the extra cost.

This microwave is a dud. We have had it for about 8 months and are on our second service call. I do not recommend this microwave.

Steaks and burgers, 2 of my favorites, are now easy to grill PERFECTLY with minimal effort. Just put your steak/burger in, hit a few buttons, go do something for 10 minutes, comeback when it dings (half way done), flip the meat and wait for the next ding, DONE! And nice and brown just like on the grill outside with no burn spots or undercooked spots. My only nitpick is that the light for the stove-top below is an LED which doesn't seem as bright as the halogens we used to have in our old Kenmore. The unit is also larger than average and runs quietly. Great microwave!

The actual product and the one in the picture do not match. The one in the picture clearly shows it is the version with the fan in the middle and 2 leds on the outside. You can see the 'push' lettering indicating the removable filter for cleaning the vent. The one they sent me had 2 vents and a single led in the middle. I specifically bought this one based on the picture because its what i wanted. I didnt want the one i got. Also i hate that it vents into the house. I have a rear exhaust to vent it outside, so it does both. Cant figure out how to turn off the inside vent. Never again getting samsung. Only got it to match my stupid stove

I had it not heat up my leftovers but the next time I used it, it was heating my food. Called Samsung tech support and they were friendly.

We bought this microwave in January and within 2 weeks realized it would just beep on it's own at random times. We proceeded to call Samsung support and they told us a technician will be out to support us. They never showed. Then Samsung told us they would credit us the cost of the microwave only to find out a week later that they rescinded that offer. THey told us to unplug the microwave!! A short time after the microwave beeping issue and resetting to 7 seconds, it started to randomly turn on the vent fan. At that point we had to start unplugging the microwave. Just recently, it completely stopped working. This has now been 3 months with NO action from Samsung. I caution anyone looking at this microwave or other products from Samsung given the support has been attrocious. I will not buy appliances again from Samsung.

Purchased the ME21K7010DS unit last October, and have been going back and forth with Samsung ever since. The advertising states you get 2 lights for under the counter, along with a nice spring loaded filter for easy access. However, the unit I received only had 1 light (which doesn't work that well at all - the LED is very weak and is not directed directly down, but toward the back), and two cheap little filters. Best Buy did try to find out what was going on with no success and Samsung is pretty much useless in their support of the consumer and Best Buy. I would highly recommend not buying this unit.
