Decided on this model for the optional grilling, and overall quality. I like the look, and was looking for more than a basic model for the new home.

All good so far. But the timer function is not changeable wth sound.sounds the same as our Samsung oven, plus stops beeping too soon without any reminder.

it is gorgeous. Works well. Difficult to clean but that is not a big deal. I would recommend that product.

Love the large capacity. I wish it had a soften/melt feature. Have not used grill yet. Attractive in my kitchen - lots of compliments from friends.

Purchased this item as an open box but it had a huge dent in the side when we got it home. Returned the open box item and Best Buy replaced it with a brand new microwave at a reduced price lower than what I paid for the open box item. Microwave works great and customer service got us a great deal on the price!

Samsung - 2.1 Cu. Ft. Over-the-Range Microwave with Sensor Cooking is good, but it takes getting used to. The +30 feature is useful.

Great-looking microwave! The microwave fits perfectly in my kitchen it is very stylish and it works perfectly.

Has two systems, and my favorite part is the old style cooker, and it microwaves. you cook either way. better to use the heater in there, it can roast it really works great! fan is reversible for whatever system you have.

Disappointed. Had to have the electronic panel replaced (les than a year after I purchased it) because the number 7 would randomly pop on the screen. 2 years later, now the same thing is happening with the new panel. Not only did the 7 randomly pop on the screen like with the old panel, the vent randomly turned on at the highest setting! Scared the living poop out of my 9 year old. I had a warranty on it but I am pretty sure the warranty will not cover another panel replacement. I was a Samsung fan - not any more. I now have to buy another microwave and it certainly will not be a Samsung.

Microwave came damaged twice very poorly made. Other then that works ok.

I really wanted the power grill feature of this microwave. Unfortunately, because the hinge openers outward, i can't open the door after it was installed as there is a wall beside it and the hinge hits that when opening. They should design the hinges to be hidden to make it work with smaller kitchens with and peopl in my situation,

We have been loyal fans of all Samsung products for years. However, we have had little success with microwaves. This one has put us down like the past three, either after or just before the warranty expires. This time we are going to go with a whirlpool microwave. We also purchased a Samsung dishwasher that never cleaned the dishes properly. However, our stove and refrigerator have done fine. We've had them for about 5 years. In the future, we will stay away from the smaller kitchen appliances. Samsung customer service has been terrible also. My warranties have always been honored by best buy when applicable. If I have to deal with Samsung, I just take the loss. I have learned that Samsung will be happy to send you a technician of their choice, at your expense. I just hire my own and cut my losses.

This microwave has every function you think of. Really like the display being on the bottom. Good reach for kids. Great buy!

The grill and microwave combines two appliances. Great space saver.

slight concern about digital panel settings but overall works well

Love the microwave! Haven't had a chance to grill yet but everything else is great. The exhaust fan is way better than our old vent hood. Easy install if you have cabinets above the range.

Nice Microwave. Still learning to use the grilling feature.

This is a good Microwave, has a ton of options but it might not be for everyone, this thing has a ton of options and it might confuse some people that don't like buttons

This microwave is fantastic. Much more than a microwave. I use it instead of a toaster oven and it crisps the food right before its done. Its like having a second oven.
