Looks awesome, Preforms well. This microwave replaced one that was hit by a power surge. We have only had it for a week but we are glad to be able to make popcorn again.

Included templates made installation a breeze. As for function, so far so good. The ceramic interior is very easy to clean as well as the outside of the unit.

This microwave is rated at 1700 watts however that is actually the grill function and not the microwave itself. For its size you would think it would be a powerhouse but really isn't much better than the 8 year old Hotpoint it replaced.

THIS REPLACED A COUNTER TOP MICROWAVE OF THIRTY PLUS YEARS, BUT WAS NECESSARY BECAUSE OF THE UPGRADE OF THE NEW SAMSUNG RANGE/OVEN AND FRIDGE.

We researched microwaves, this one was the best value by far. Was here in just a few days, easy to install and works very good, absolutely love it.

Although I have not used all of the features this appliance offers, so far I think it's exactly what I need for those large family get together.

So far it's great. We haven't used the grill feature yet but everything else works well. I like how much suction the exhaust fan actually has.

Purchased this Samsung Microwave to replace an old Microwave and to match other Samsung kitchen appliances. Liked the grilling function.

Bought this Samsung microwave 5 years ago. No problem until just over 5 years, this microwave blew the magnetron. Ok, lets replace it. Things break. NOT AVAILABLE! The price we paid for this item and 5 years later its a throw away? Samsung, you should be ashamed of yourself. Samsung, your refrigerator I bought 5 years ago has a constant ice problem and now this. I will be switching manufactures of my kitchen appliances as they continue to fail.

The employee who helped us was very knowledgeable and spent all the time we needed to go around and look at all the other microwaves.

I LOVE this microwave. It doesn’t “grill” as fast as it heats up on the normal microwave setting, but it does work perfectly!

This is a great microwave and the grill feature is nice. The only down side is the lack of and owners manual and sample cook book.

I was excited to find this at such a great price. But was sad when the grill did not cook as well as everyone said I like thigs crispy but not with this one. :(

Love the microwave. We were able to get rid of our toaster oven. This has the capability to broil and hear like no other microwave.

It works very well. Remember to measure your space. Best Buy can install this for you. (At least, near where I live in Illinois.

Touchscreen doesn't work all that well. Have to push several times to get it to work. Fan is loud. Seems to take longer than most other microwaves to cook food

Lots of features, but grilling doesn't do much and it takes much longer to boil 4 cups of water than my old $100 microwave. The circuitboard on the door was bad and had to be replaced after a month.

Looks great, works great and the price is right. Finish cleans up easily with stainless cleaner and looks great afterwards.
