Excellent on all fronts. Performance is great. Larger than my old washer. Spins clothes nearly dry on high spin cycle which means less time needed to dry. Quiet. Energy efficient. Detergent dispenser allows for liquid and powder detergent but to use powder you remove the tray for the liquid. I have been using liquid with a powder booster in old machine. Now use one or the other. Would like to use both as needed. But I still give this washer a top rating overall.

This washer was well worth the price I paid..I looked at a lot of different stores and found this was the most reasonably priced washer and has basically a lot of the same features that higher priced washers had. I use it daily and just love it..it is so quiet and easy to use I would recommend this machine to anyone looking to buy a washer..once you have a front loader you will never want a top loader ..uses less water and very energy efficient ..very happy with this purchase ..

This is the first Samsung we have had and it exceeds our expectations. Requires little laundry detergent and uses little water yet the clothes always come out clean, clean clean and because of the spin they come out almost dry which results in much less time needed in the dryer. The choice of Eco warm water is an added bonus for when we wash whites.

This is a great washer at a fair price. The cycle settings are intuitive, it takes very little detergent or water. Bleach really isn't needed because it cleans so well. If you decide to use bleach fill the reservoir with water and add a capful of bleach to dilute. It's quiet, efficient and attractive. It's solid and appears well-built.

I've had the old style top loader washer for the past 15 years so when I bought this front loader it changed everything. It is so much roomier, I can do two+ loads now to one in my old washer. It is easy to use and quiet too. It is now fun to do laundry!

When my LG Tromm did a belly up, I had two choices. Either to just buy a simple washer or get something that is still really efficient. The former would be lesser in cost to acquire than the latter but it would be more expensive to operate because it will use a ton of water and detergent. So I decided to stick with the efficient one and I found this Samsung. It does have great value for money and shows very well too. It is quite and it cleans really way better than my LG. Very happy with it... would be more than very happy if only it maintained the wash time... regular wash time from my LG Tromm was usually a little over 50 minutes, this one is over an hour... just by thinking about it, I already feel sleepy....zzzzzzz

Our older front loader was a monster. It had vibration problems and wasn't very dependable. This Samsung, for the past 3 months, has been a dream. It is quiet and has very little vibration. It is efficient and simple to operate. My last machine had all the bells and whistles but I never used them! This machine has all the cycles a normal person would ever use. This appears to be a quality, efficient, and simple machine. I like it very much.

Never thought my clothes could come so clean with very little detergent, also its very quite. It takes a little longer to wash but its worth it the way the clothes come out.

The machine uses a small amount of water. It is relatively quiet, has many settings for use with different fabrics, and has a neat signal when it is done/

We've had this unit about a month. We really love it. It is our first high efficiency front loader. We decided on this rather than the Whirlpool or LG. It really works well. My only concerns is it tends to vibrate intensely during high speed spins when jeans or heavy materials are in there. We had the units installed by Best Buy contractors but there may still be a leveling issue. It doesn't happen all the time but several times. Other than that we love it! Fits queen size bedding. King size would probably be tight.

I was torn between getting a stacked washer/dryer combo and stacking a separate washer & dryer. With all I had read online I wanted to stay away from all the the stacked combos out there. Best Buy had a great deal with buying major appliances on their Credit Card that I could not deny. This made me decide to look at other options and, while I started to look at Whirlpool, I was swayed by the unavailability of the product @ Best Buy and the deal the salesperson made me to get the Samsung. I ended up getting the matching Samsung dryer and the stacking kit. This makes the combo over 6 ft tall, but I'm a tall guy and I had the room. This washer is really quite, however, it's direct-drive motor will get the spin cycle up to speeds that make my tiny house shake a little. Not an "unbalanced shake" rather a "powerful - comes out practically dry" type of shake. You get used to it quickly. There are may wash options, and while I have used them all, they all do the job described. It's flexible, too. I like the Quick Wash option. It does the job. I've only had it one month but I am very, very satisfied with this purchase. I highly recommend this washer.

I've had the new washing machine for about 1 month now. It's so easy to use! It's relatively quiet, except for the spin cycle, but that's expected. The only complaint I have is that the door is more rounded than a top loading machine so our laundry room door won't close. We did not get the bottom drawer and I do not have a problem with it. If I had any back issues, it is a little low and may be worth it.

I live in a small house with a family of five and only have room for a stackable washer and dryer, these fit nicely and are super quite. The washer and matching dry do what they are suposed to do. The only down fall I have found was there is any real quick wash the shortest cycle is still 51 mins but that isnt huge

I was so set against not getting a front loading washer, and after doing alot of research, decided to give this beautiful machine a try, and I'm so glad I did.... I actually look forward to doing laundry with this easy to use washer...so energy efficient. I have already saved $30 per water bill...love love this appliance! It's beautiful and very quiet for anyone with an inside laundry room.

I purchased this washer at BestBuy and I was happy with the price compared to Bosch, which I have purchased for another condo and left it there. So far, it is well living up to expectations. It is quiet and cleans well. I hope it will not cause me any repair problems, time will tell.

We love this washer! The clothes come out so clean. This washer is very quiet which I love as well. It has alot of preset features which is great. It is very reliable and we haven't had any issues with it yet. Would definitely recommend!

I purchased this while it was on sale for a good price. I'm glad I went with this set rather than the other set I was looking to buy. So far this washer has all the features I have needed so far. Definitely worth the money you spend on it.
