The blacks are really black. No artifacts. Very handy for viewing movies where the scene is in a dark room. The contrast is great. You can get some glare reflection in the screen. Highly recommend you go to Consumer's Report on this TV and look at the bottom of the review. It tells you the optimal calibration settings. Makes a difference. Sounds pretty good as is, but a soundbar adds to it. Bose makes a small one that fits perfectly between the feet.

The contrast and black levels are unreal, and the colors pop without looking fake. Streaming looks sharp and sports/motion are smooth. The interface is quick and the remote/setup were straightforward. Overall, a premium TV that feels worth the money.

This model was the perfect size for the master bedroom. It fits perfectly on top of the dressed. The picture is crisp and colors true. The remote is nicely uncluttered but it would be nice if it could be illuminated in dim light as it has very tiny buttons. Sound is great. Love it.

I was pleasantly surprised with this new 42" S90F OLED model from Samsung. Much lighter to lift. Once I set picture mode to "filmmaker", it far surpassed the 2 equally expensive Sony models I previously (and very recently) bought and returned for defects. I really love the picture, and I can see it clearly from any angle. I did change a few configurations in the picture setup as far as disabling some motion settings, and setting to filmmaker mode. No halos, no blooming, clarity and skin tones are perfect. It could be a tiny bit brighter but the max setting is good enough for me. I thought the sound was a little muddy but I replaced my 4k HDMI cable and that did the trick. So, its been 4 days and I'm loving it. What I don't love is the tiny, unlit, ridiculous to figure out and almost weightless solar remote. So I ordered a backlit universal remote with Netflix, Disney & Prime shortcut buttons and actual number buttons with proper arrows, and it paired automatically with both the TV and cable box and works perfectly. Problem solved. So, bottom line, pricey but worth it.

The picture on this OLED TV is amazing! The colors pop, the details are super clear, and the dark scenes look rich instead of washed out. I am so glad I purchased it.

Incredible picture quality, love how many ports there are so I can have multiple devices connected to it. Was looking for a medium sized OLED monitor and this has more than met my hopes and expectations. High recommend if you have the budget and space for this! And I can't convey how much of a difference OLED makes over an LCD screen. There is no going back after this monitor!

This is my first OLED TV and now that will be all I get from now on. The blacks are REALLY black. It makes the whole picture pop! I don’t know what the sound quality is because I am using a soundbar. Btw do not use the optical wire to connect to your soundbar, use the HDMI cable if you can. Trust me.

Boy oh boy, this TV is a hidden gem! We've always thought that Samsung products are top quality, and this one didn't let us down. We weren't sure that all of the hype about the OLED was valid, but once we got it set up, we had a beautiful, flawless screen! This explains why it's a favorite of gamers. You will pay more for the OLED. Is it worth it? Yep, it is!
