This is a great upgrade 4K set. Had Geek Squad come and set it up. After looking at youtube video's I tweaked it just a little more. Wish I had a bigger area to go bigger than 50" I would highly recommend this TV if you want the best on the market

Picture quality is fantastic and it can get bright for daytime viewing. Build quality is solid. Only gripes would be blooming around text at slightly off angle viewing and when going to smarthub home, audio cuts out briefly from whatever external source you are watching. Dimming bug from previous years model seems to be a thing of the past as well. Great tv.

I upgraded my Direct TV service to support 4k and the 4k viewing is incredible. Very happy with my purchase. I had my last Samsung TV for almost 14 years and I would not buy any other brand.

The last was also a Samsung smart TV. This is a 50" Neo QLED, we use in bedroom/ small TV room.....We also bought a 65" Samsung OLED for our family room for twice the price. Honestly, OLED picture is not double the picture quality of this TV! I am satisfied with the OLED but this Neo QLED picture is awesome.....Decent sound also.

It is in our kitchen and there is a lot of morning light. You can see the shadows on the wall above the TV but the picture on the TV looks Great with no shadows. I wanted a Great picture to view chiefs football games in all of their glory. Others have mentioned the sound. Sounds Great to me. If you want perfect sound, hook it up to your amp. I Also love the Best Buy team who came to our home to survey the scene at NO charge to give their recommendations and then the best buy installer who did a great job. Highly recommend this tv and Best Buy!!

I didn't spend enough time with the initial setup. My cable remote doesn't completely control the tv. An occasional popup screen requires the tv's remote. The turn on sound is very loud - not good if trying not to wake someone. Also, when I change the volume, the loud voice drowns out the level I'm trying to select. I'm sure It's an adjustment that I can fix, just haven't tried. When I turn tv on, the last thing I was watching doesn't immediately return. It's a smart tv that needs some setup to work the way I want.

We appreciate you sharing your experience with Samsung's QN90B TV. To complete the TV and remote connection, you may first want to reset your remote by pressing and holding Return and Enter (the center of the navigation pad) for more than 10 seconds. After performing this reset, you will need to pair the remote to the TV again. To pair, stand within 1 foot of your TV, and press the Return and Play/Pause buttons simultaneously for at least 5 seconds or until a message appears on your TV indicating that the remote is now connected.
If your TV is announcing everything you do, Voice Guide is turned on. Voice Guide is an accessibility function to assist users who are visually impaired. It’s possible you’ve accidentally turned it on by holding down the volume button on your TV remote.
To turn off Voice Guide, navigate to: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Accessibility > Voice Guide Settings > Voice Guide.
While your TV may currently default to Samsung’s TV Plus app, please know you can choose what your TV does when you turn it on by going to Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Start Screen Option > Autorun Smart Hub
1) Enabling Autorun Smart Hub automatically launches the Smart Hub when the TV is turned on. Navigate to this option to enable or disable the feature.
2) If Autorun Last App is set to on, the last used app is automatically run when you turn on the TV. You can turn this function on or off by pressing the Select button in the current menu.

Best for brightness like HDR content where the light from a flash light beam, fire place, torch, or other light scenes like a nighttime city scape is fantastic to see all due to the pin point brightness control of the minileds, its how bright and pinpoint specific these areas of light are controlled. Its brighter and more light specific in bringing better specific pinpoint light details out than OLED which only gets about half a bright as this, if even that. It's really crazy to see.
