excellent TV, color is sharp, sound quality is excellent. Looked at many TV, for the money this product is right on.

I can’t believe Best Buy would advertise a product as Open-Box Excellent looking brand new with all original parts/accessories and then ship it out with nearly everything missing. Totally unacceptable. Here’s a list of items not included with my 2022 Samsung QN90B Neo QLED TV order: 1) AC power cord 2) Standard remote 3) Remote batteries 4) TV stand screws 5) TV user manual I also spotted an H shape cut in the lower part of the cardboard box large enough for someone to stick their hand into the box and grab whatever they could pull out. Box was cut such that you could move the flaps back into place without raising much suspicion. Who knows if this was the case. There’s was also no “what’s included in the box” list that I could find on Best Buy’s website, so there may have been other items missing that I’m not aware of. Since Best Buy’s open box purchase option is not available in my area, the TV was shipped in from out of state. Once I realized I’d been had, I then endured the hassle of dragging the TV down to the local Best Buy store for a return. I told the salesman I was willing to do an exchange for another open box TV, but he said he couldn’t do it here. He did say if I wanted another like it, I could shell out $500 more for a new one. Why would I do that when 2023 sets were just on the verge of being released. I made an open box video camera purchase back in 2016 and was very pleased with that. Not so this time around. With 2023 sets being available now, I’m not sure if I’ll spend the extra money on one of those or roll the dice on another open box 2022 model. The last thing I want to do is to get burned again.

Not a bad TV. Liked the weight and flat design, as well as the tuner flexibility for the next standard.

The picture quality is clear with great detail. I would advise getting a sound bar. The speaker quality is getting less and less as the newer models get thinner and thinner. Great product once again from Samsung.

Excellent tv brightness and picture quality are really great.

Had for a week so will review again after some time. At this point I am very pleased. Picture quality is outstanding. Is everything advertised and then some. Needed it special mounted and the tech guys were very good. After install they spent time going over controls and how to access the app’s available. As I said very pleased.

Best Gaming TV of 2022. I recommend this tv if you own both PS5 and Xbox Series X. This this is the best Mini LED TV you can get unless you go up to OLED. This TV has a higher level of brightness than any OLED. I have Marantz SR6015 hooked up to this tv as well.
