However, I only had the TV for 10 days before it completely stopped working. Thought Samsung would be quick on repairing the TV but two weeks later and I still have an unusable TV. If you buy this TV and experience this problem. Return it asap. That or avoid this TV till Samsung has fixed all the problems. With the lack of help on this, I can't give this TV a 5/5.

Not worth the money

The picture is no better quality than lesser models. The menu is far from user friendly. It also does not work well with my soundbar. Not to mention the new remotes are absolute crap. Don't waste your money. Will be returning

If the picture you’re seeing is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.
Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
...and select the mode that best fits your usage:
1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
2) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
3) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
4) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
You can also go to: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings to manually fine tune your image.
To assist you in learning the various features, functions, and settings of your TV and remote, you can download the QN90B TV's User Manual, e-Manual, Remote Control Leaflet, and Quick Setup Guide on Samsung's website under Support (top right corner) > Manuals & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can select the QN90B TV under Samsung Neo QLED 4K > B Model Lineup to download the guides you would like.
The e-Manual and Remote Control Guide are both also embedded into the TV itself under Menu > Settings > Support.

I’ve bought many HD tvs over the years and this one is a big disappointment. Inner packaging was disposed of so can’t return it. I paid a lot for this. Maybe I just got a dud.

Very unhappy with this purchase and should have returned it when i could have. Samsung customer service not helpful at all. Older tv's with Firesticks are outperforming this poorly performing tv.
