I am an EXTREMELY loyal samsung customer. Ive either had a note or a galaxy phone for the past 7 or 8yrs. I have the smart hub fridge, a samsung tv in every room of my house and a samsung washer dryer set. I was so excited to purchase this oven only to be let down like never before. How samsung could produce this absolutely defective monstrosity is neglect/laziness on another level. The stovetop gets damaged like it cant take its own heat and gets worse after every use. I hope i maybe received a defective unit. I dont know how else to explain this much damage to a stovetop after only 3 months of use.

Stove is nice but was delivered with a pretty big dent in the back. My husband didn't want to mess with returning it because we had been without a stove for over a week already.

Cracked Stove Top

I bought this stove in the fall of 2021. In the past couple of months, the glass stove top randomly cracked by itself while I was cooking without anything hitting it or falling on it. I had purchased the 3-year Geek Squad protection plan, but they said they do not cover this type of repair. I do not see the point of the plan if they do not cover something like this that is a problem with the appliance.

Oven looks nice and cooks nice, came scratched on the top and during install they scratched up my kitchen tile. Wish the Air Fry basket needed came with it.

This item was delivered to me on a Tuesday after, and on Wednesday I attempted to connect this range through WIFI and it is very difficult. By Thursday morning I go to cook breakfast I noticed the stove top is already peeling, I haven’t even used the oven yet… see photos for the peeling. The operation of the stove top and Rapid and Fast boil works great, but the quality of stove top is very poor and not worth the $800 I paid, and this stove hasn’t even been through a thanksgiving hardcore cooking.

The glass cooktop has warps all through it as it’s been used. It’s like it’s fogged underneath the glass or something. I have used every cleaner known to man, razor blades etc. it is smooth and under the glass. This is a defect. I called Samsung and they told me tough luck. I guess I have to deal with it but I’d suggest not buying any Samsung appliances I know I won’t buy another one.

Stovetop unable to be cleaned. After CLEAN water boiled over the first time we are unable to get the marks cleaned off. It’s like the cook top itself was damaged. Used numerous glass cook top cleaning agents with no success. Impractical and frustrating. After buying an entire Samsung appliance package I’m frustrated and will be buying Maytag next time.

i used the oven, perfect, but after using the stove once, these little warps or bubbles start appearing as if the surface could not take the heat. what is goin on hear? any suggestions?

Stove works great, my issue is a design feature that makes the stove vulnerable to easy damage. Because the glass is exposed on the sides the front glass can be damaged easily. Our stove is next to our cabinet where we store our pans. My wife took a pan out of the storage area and bumped the glass and it cracked, was not hard but realitively gentle. Wish I could return stove for Samsung with different design or find some type of guard to protect the stove. Have had it less than a month and is now unusable. Had to put tape over glass untill part comes in to fix it.
