Our favorite new Samsung TV!

(All four TVs are still preforming as well as when we purchased) The Geek Squad completed the installation for us. The size is perfect and the picture quality is superb! Especially love the solar chargeable remote - plus you can charge using a USB cable as well. The store sales rep and the Geek Squad installers were top notch. Highly recommend this TV and for the Geek Squad to install it for you!!

What a mess

The *first* TV I purchased (65") was a gift for my boyfriend. After unwrapping, installing, signing up, etc., we started to watch a movie only to see large white spots on the corners of the TV. Clearly there was something going on with the bulbs. After some research and trouble shooting, we hauled the TV back and exchanged it for the same model. Unwrap, set up, repeat - and this isn't a small task. Things appeared to be going well (aside from some faint spots that still appeared on dark parts of the screen that we decided to deal with) and then one day it just stop working. No trouble shooting would work; it would just blink gray to black. Alas, we called Samsung. First they said that they would send someone out to look at the tv. Then they said that they knew what the issue was without sending someone out so they were "ordering some parts." THEN they said that the parts wouldn't come in so they're just issuing a refund. Clearly they know that there's an issue with this model, which is disappointing. Needless to say, we aren't going to buy this TV for a third time. What a mess.

When I went to Best Buy looking for a tv I happened to run into someone from Samsung. He explained all the TV’s to me then a Best Buy employee took over and I was sold. Great employee interaction and service. Would highly recommend. I am not getting any discount for this review. Just buy the tv you won’t regret it.I bought a Samsung sound bar with woofer and the sound is awesome

Great picture, quick response time and connection with all the major streaming services. Fairly intuitive navigation. Originally were going to get the 55" but glad we went with the 65". Needs a sound bar, as expected with this type of TV. Just make sure you have the appropriate vehicle to pick it up or plan for delivery

Very happy with this TV

The picture is clear, edges are sharp and the colors are amazing. It easily connected to our Samsung sound bar and speaker system. The menu is easy to navigate and it connected right to my Samsung account. The TV basically set up itself. This was simple to attach to a wall mount. We went from a 49 inch to a 65 inch and I couldn't be happier. We sit about 8 ft away from it and I am glad I got the 65 instead of the 60.
