This dryer is beautiful, but shows every spec of dust. It performs spectacularly. The control panel takes patience because you have to scroll through the settings. Complexity of installation made it very challenging to use Samsung's support. I would have gone with a 3.5 here if I could because of the complexity of installation, but overall performance bumps it up.

I really love this dryer. Had it for a few months and no problems. It looks great too. My ONLY complaint is the top of the dryer is extremely susceptible to scratches. I am really disappointed how easy it scratches. Had I know it was going to scratch so easy I would have invested in protective for such as for a car. I have scratches from the bottom of hampers. Pretty disappointed with having such a nice looking and functioning dryer that has scratches on the top.

I received my dryer today and so far I am beyond pleased. It is very spacious so you have room for bedding sheets or bulky items. It's quieter than any of my previous dryers. It looks great! Modern and sleek and the touch screen is super user friendly so anyone can use it without problems with just a touch.

So far this dryer works ok, we've had it a couple weeks. It does take a while to dry if you have a really small load - not sure if it has trouble sensing it or what. Sheets come out wadded into a ball. Several times i've had to sort out the sheets and put them back for a second dry cycle. I do like the size and stainless steel drum

Dryer has worked perfectly since installation. Installers did a perfect installation and hook up.

Got this for my mom and she is LOVING it! Note that you will need a splitter from your washing machine hose for the steam option to work. Most of the washers that go with this dryer include the splitter, but you will need to buy the extra hose. Large capacity. Excellent product.

This dryer works very well so far. Time will tell if it holds up but I am optimistic. The only complaint is that the steam setting seem to be more wash than light steam. I am trying to use it to remove wrinkles and it ends up soaking the entire item. Probably operator error at this point though.

Went in to get a basic dryer, but could not turn down the sale price....never realized how steam would get rid of wrinkles either till i tried it the first time on all cotton....and I dispise ironing. And all the buttons and choices....dries everything and shuts off with sensors.

I am happy with the capacity and the options are great. The steam options have been used a lot already and it has kept the iron in the closet. We've had some bedding not come out very dry but another quick run and it is good. The noise is strangely loud which is a surprise as the washer is so quiet.

Only had for a short time but heats up well and dries clothes well. Compared to other dryers I have used, this dryer takes a little longer for loads. Remember need hookup for cold water, since has steam function
